Je vie en Corée et nous avons un quartier à Séoul qui s'appelle itaewon (quartier des étrangers) avec des hair salon pour africain :) pour le make up depuis l'an dernier il ya sephora et la marque de rihanna fenty 😊
So glad I stumbled across your channel! Really appreciate how much you keep it real and candid and so here for that!! Also love how you often say things in French when you can’t figure out the English translation and I can understand!!
You look so pretty. I live in Japan and I can relate with the skincare and makeup issue, it's a hassle. About the gaijin seat, it exists. I experience it on almost every train ride . I usually laugh when it happens because I get to have 2 seats to myself without any disturbances 🤣🤣🤣
Love the Yakuza name, fits me as I have huge tattoos. Thank you for sharing your experience as a Black African Woman! I know everyone's experience is different but at least I'm prepared for when I arrive to Japan. As an African woman I know how it can be so annoying when people don't think you are intelligent enough because of the country you come from. Like heyyy we have schools and universities. I was planning to come to Japan for 2 or 3 weeks in May but with this never ending pandemic I really don't know.
Ahah i love that the name fits you! Actually people underestimate how capable our universities in Africa are. More over, how learning and eager to knowledge is a personal matter and not a country’s GDP. Of course access to resources is limited but that doesn’t inhibit our imagination and creativity.
I experience the gaijin seat almost every time I ride the train to work. It doesn’t matter how I look; I could be in my work gear, my dance gear, I could be polished and pretty ready for a night out - that seat stays empty until it’s the last seat available. And sometimes when people do sit next to me, they sit forward in the seat or turn their bodies as if being shoulder to shoulder with me is gonna give them tuberculosis. That’s Tokyo for you. Didn’t experience it so much when I lived in a smaller town in Kanagawa.
Yasss Yllah-kuza gang gang! proud to be part of it. Love this sit down chat... and also admire that you are able to do your own hair! I really hope there will be less and less ignorant comments smh
I'm definitely a Yakuza after this vid I'm thinking of moving to Korea after graduation and these days I'm thinking about Japan too just started to learn the language I think everywhere has it's hardships but we gotta live through it that what I've learned, in the hard way Anyways, all the love from Chad and thanks for the helpful info💙
