In real interrogation waterboarding is used in a suite of many techniques of breaking down someones mind. DOD knows what they're doing, they just keep it hid. First you basically have to Zersetzung someones mind. I guarantee you that you would break.

It's a scientific fact that if someone hangs upside down for an extreme amount of time (depending on the person) that the brain will reverse what they see so it's not upside down.
That isnt hanging upside down. That is looking through prism glasses and having your vision flipped. It will flip back over time. If you hung upside down for as long as it would take for that to happen you would be dead!
