Clarkson's "get out of the way!" never gets old no matter how many times he says it. Hammond's uncensored swearing at the van driver never gets old either no matter how many times I've heard it now.

It doesn't seem to be an accident though on Jeremy's part, and as weird as it is, it's oddly satisfying that Jeremy is the one that got screwed over hard for once.
