- About six months ago I exposed Vestiaire Collective and shared with you, how I felt scammed by the platform VC and why I never wanted to shop on Vestiaire Collective ever again - that was a very honest VC review. Over the years I had several bad experiences with them - and you shared so many of them with me in the comments aswell. But did I still relapse and got back to shop with VC?

From singing praises about VC, to what I think about them now. I have so much to say. ONE important thing that is enough for me to say DO NOT SHOP OR SELL THERE is that there IS NO REAL HELP there. THE OTHER: ABSENCE OF FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY.
No matter how great the products there are, no matter how fast the shipping, the tracking, the packing, the systemised processes, IT IS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG that you know whether you should use a platform.
For VC? Definitely NO.

Good news: after weeks of writing back and forth, she finally recieved her money - but we‘ll probably still put the video together. It has some helpful advice how to make VC react
They say on an average it takes 7 times or more to walk away from toxic relationship 😂🎉❤ No judgment if you do in the future. I have stayed away so far but reserve the right to relapse..as I am human and will probably regret it!
I already might be at 7 attempts to leave VC 😂 so hope this time it was for good!
I watched your first video about how terrible Vestiaire Collective is. After this video I will definitely never buy from them.

@@LuMiLevelUpthis is going to sound silly, but VC has been my fashion community for almost a decade (I made my first purchase 10 years ago) and it is such a special privilege to buy, sell, and connect with fashion lovers around the world.
When I watched your first video, I was in disbelief because for those 19 years, I have had nothing but great experiences with VC. That has crumbled down in the last few months.
And finally today, they took an action against me even though the customer service agent admitted the position I was in was due to mistakes by the company, yet told me the decision was FINAL.
I’m at a loss. I have tried to navigate the support they offer, but nothing. I hate to be another person to ask you for help- but you aren’t an average person- you have an incredible platform. Would you be able to provide any help or direct contacts?

Love that it's possible to shop from whole Europe with them instead of the restricted Vinted. But yes, for what they're their services and fees are nightmare.
I agree, it’s great that they operate internationally - they have such a big selection and therefor often the best prices - it was so great for filming UA-cam videos aswell, cause everyone watching, could use that platform. But it’s not worth the risk to me anymore - and I don’t want to inspire anyone to shop there and possibly make bad experiences aswell 💔. I wish there would be another similar platform operating worldwide
Wow I had been thinking about buying from them. So they don't pay the sellers or send the merchandise? Jez. Yes I would be curious to hear her story too. I will steer clear of them for sure. 👍😍☺
The worst scenarios can happen with them - and if so: you do not even get hold of the customer support 😅🙈. Better be safe than sorry with VC
