I always have pain in the morning and different times but not all day. I honestly think these are going to help me. Thank u so much. Yesterday, I did your thirt minute exercises, walked twice around four acres , then later worked two hours in the yard raking and cleaning old leaves, branches out. I am going to be sixty seven Thursday. I do t want to get older and be incapacitated. My mri saw advanced degenerative disease in my back, two bulging discs, one tear in a disc , facet joint arthropathy, and third disc is sliding over my fourth a little. I want to not have another surgery as it did not help the pain. You may just be the answer. ♡ thanks 😊

I start out with this exercise then I go to the Lower back then shoulders then neck then arm and finish with the leg exercises. All in all 1hour exercising each and every morning. I have been doing this now for nearly 4 months. Been great and I have regained a significant increase in movements especially in my shoulder. When doing both the arm and the shoulder exercises I hold 2 lb weights. Many thanks Mike for having these exercises on line...Thanks
Although I am not doing your excercises everyday that doesn't mean a person isn't doing excercises everyday. I personally rather walk everyday when it's possible. There's more than just one way to excercise, while being in the house everyday in the winter season it's refreshing to go out to the park and breathing fresh air are walk around the neighborhood. Hope you're enjoying fresh air too, it's really better for your heart andbody, I'll be 74 yrs old so I've learned how to multi task I'm sure others have different ways to keep active, swimming and other ways.
