No place like home Ollie, I thought Samoa was hard to top then right off the bat NZ puts on a show like no other. It’s one of the best underwater above water vids I have ever seen, the island exploding like a volcano with a plume of bird shooting into the air then zeroing in on the bust up was amazing. Fantastic footage something David Attenborough would have been proud. Absolutely enjoyable thanks mate cold water, big trip, big sharks amazing scenes and a massive quality feed to top it off. Brilliant vid mate another great example of your commitment9 and skills in producing entertainment that is second to none. Can’t ask people enough to just watch this guys channel, the growth and brilliant content just doesn’t happen, it takes hard work and I’m not sure Ollie thinks this is work but please support the channel, buy him a coffee, buy some merch do the patroon thing, it’s the best value entertainment you will get across all streaming services.

You're doing it, Ollie. Great work! I lost a brand new set of Moana Carbon Euro Tips in 30-35M humping onto my kayak after a long dive. I flopped belly first onto the fins on the deck of the yak and while I was undoing my belt I pulled my hand out and the fins went flying. By the time I realized what happened they were gone. About 4 months later in the early season I went back and found one of the fins wedged in between two rocks about a quarter mile away from where I lost the pair and now it hangs in my garage as a reminder of my stupidity. Always button up your gear!

Would putting some extra weights on your fishing pole line, jumping in the water WITH you pole and taking down as far as you can go then trying to snag the belt with an "under water cast" have any change of snagging your gear off the bottom? Or did it sink into the black depths?

Ollie, what would be your best recommendations on trying to get used to aiming a rollergun? im used to a twin 16mm band 1200mm rob allen gun, and have recently switched over to a 90cm roller, both guns have about the same overhang, and a 7.5mm shaft. most of my shots are missing, what would be the best way to go about improving my accuracy with the roller? Love the videos by the way!
I’s the band length factory? What type of roller head and rubber bridle are you using? Is it overpowered? Few things can cause shaft whip/in accuracies. Check out Coatesmans videos for in depth rollergun setup. Best to get in a pool or some clean water with a target film yourself and you will see if shooting off is because of speargun or your aim. Often guys (even me) when converting from normal band gun overcompensate for recoil which is no longer. Video footage will help this
