- The plaintiff says the defendant is the father of his girlfriend’s toddler. He claims the maniac defendant had him falsely arrested on gun charges, so he’s suing for all the money he’s out. The defendant insists the plaintiff did pull a gun on him. He’s countersuing for pain and suffering.

The judge saw right through all parties involved in this case, and if you asked me, she was right on point with everything. I just hope the male Plaintiff was able to 'read between the lines' and grasp the message the judge was trying to send him.
Absolutely. Plantiff might have had a gun. Baby mama is keeping things going with the defendant and is enjoying the drama, and the defendant is acting jealous and picking fights BECAUSE the Baby mama is still emotionally or physically involved with him on the DL. Plantiff needs to get out while he still can.

I was just thinking that exact thing when I read this. But I’m pretty sure he was in the right on this case and she allowed it. JM is kinda unpredictable, she looked tired here lol. She only works 3 days a week so she has to cram all these nonsense cases into her schedule (not unlike standard judges tho who usually work way more than she does) and you can tell when the coffee has kicked in and she’s fiery or if it’s worn off and she’s just like aughhhh I want to get out of here

The judge was spot on about finding a neutral location for the exchange. A friend of mine and her ex had a very bad break-up. They were civil when it came to the kid’s stuff, but for the exchanges they always met in the parking lot of the closest police station.

The plaintiff has absolutely no reason to have anything to do with the child exchange, he isn't even the step-parent, he is only the boyfriend, so being there is just provocation and seeing as the father has a bit of an anger problem, the plaintiff would be wise to just stay inside his own house. AND it would seem she has not been totally honest with her new boyfriend, since she scrapped his car yet told him, it got towed. She is trouble...

I work for the police department. Women drop their children at police station so their children will be safe in the exchange. One woman ask me to get a handsome cop to be there to make her ex jealous. This woman plaintiff was looking for attention from both men. Big mistake. Shame on her

Unfortunately, sometimes that's the safest way to exchange a child especially if there have been issues. In fact, the courts sometimes recommend making the exchange at the station.
