    thank you for sharing! absolutely love the shoe rack, constantly alternating shoes is a good remedy for staying injury-free. I firmly believe hard workouts are best done on soft surfaces for good joint health. And this is the main reason I would never run a marathon unless my life depended on it. I do most of my mileage barefoot on the grass/turf and treadmill.
