Oops 2 Stanford Bridges! Oh well. Recording the 1 cinematic alone took 5 hours and the editing was pretty brutal. This vid took way longer than I anticipated but totally worth it. Even if it's not 100% perfect. Stay tuned for more Springwood eightiesness next week (probably)!
WOW! Hurricane Urma hitting strong here in Florida... about to stow away my computer, but just had to finish watching this! How is the city so big in just 20 episodes!? did I miss something.... you've must have build 30 city blocks off camera!? Nevertheless Springwood is the most impressive sight I've ever seen, but it needs some spotlights on the "Hollywood" sign... must go but thanks for sharing!
You my friend, are a bloody master at this game! This project is huuuuge and so perfect :) Loved the city tour and to get a full overview of whats going on and see all the places connect so awesome! Great work :)
This city is absolutely majestic. Can't remember if anyone asked it in the past, but i'll ask it again: will you ever upload the city in the workshop? (i'm soon getting a new pc and i would be so happy to be able to travel around the map!)
Wow! Each episode of Springwood on it's own has been great, but to see the whole city like that is just amazing. Hope you do continue to work on this alongside Oshara and other projects you have on the go. Can't rate this highly enough - simply epic
Two dollars twenty I love how real springwood actually looks and i love how in your later episodes you make the highways going through the suburbs look so intricate and perfect like an American city would have it, this is one of the best cities in cities skylines
I can definitely get the 80's vibe man that's good 😍 I can see how you based shit off of LA and it looks a little like San Fransisco as well and its a masterpiece man
Man as a native Angeleno it's really cool to see places I've totally been to. The Greek Theatre and Griffith Observatory, some wonderful Hollywood vibes, Santa Monica. The exact same feeling of strange familiarity but also everything is slightly different that I get from GTA V. Well done.
Riverside reminds me a lot of the new area's around Oran Park, where like every house is the same just with like a different colour or something else here and there. Other than that, well done on this cinematic, I have loved this series with your unique Aussie taste while making an American map, nice job mateee
Absolutely awesome city and cinematic. It's guys like you that drive me to better myself, not sure how I'll ever be half as good! Keep up the good work 👏👍
Please pay no attention to the vehicles at 3:06 Also was Heytrain stopping every train for a photo or something? He seems to have caused a traffic jam at his station!
Typical error when buildings roads over train tracks in a way the game is not supposed to. And looks like the trains are not stucked. the "traffic jam" just fixed hisself in the end of the scene. Dont be so negativ and appreciate this masterpiece!
I'm well aware of what causes that error, I also saw the traffic jam fix itself. Evidentally text has proven once again why it's flawed at times as the fact my comment was entirely humourous didn't come across.
The different intro really threw me- but this is completely amazing. We were kinda missing a full overview of the map, and this really shows off Springwood. It's just so awesome how much it's grown!
I was going to ask the same thing, I live right near there and the first thing I thought when I saw the amusement park & old theatre near each other by the beach was "I wonder if that was inspired by St Kilda?" Even those 2 brown apartment buildings remind me of Alfred Square on the Esplanade. Just need to put a Sunday market :)
Oh my neon god , this is truly impressive... Although you may have forgotten to put the musics in description, As I highly doubt this is a unreleased version of M83's "Outro" (I also suspect that a mad scientist is doing some weird physics experiments in an underground lab at 3:03 ) .. Anyway, Subscribed earlier this morning but I now I feel the need to tell that you sure deserve more attention ..and I can't wait for the next video !
Your Riverside area looks a lot like Riverside, CA. Idk if thats what you were going for but you nailed the inland southern California look with that neighborhood. Great Job dude.
Nice job - I love it! Next, you should make a residential area with lots of canals, like the neighborhoods common on the west coast of Florida! There are some in LA and west SF too.
@two dollars twenty, i love springwood!i play cities because i haaaate the city i really live in, but spring wood is straight from my dreams, its a beautiful!! Id love to visit.
This is great the only thing is the cars are driving on the wrong side of the road. I can see this is your rendition of LA judging by names like “Crompton” the “Springwood” sign overlooking the city.
Mate I really apreciate your cinematics skills, that must have been really hard to set up these camera routes! Kudos! Keep up the good work man, i wish i were as good as you are at making videos like these lol
two dollars twenty I tried it myself but after two hours of work, didnt even get close making something competent, or even something like this masterpiece ;)
Great video. I have a district called Crompton too. I currently have an LA/SF based city but I'm using xbox1. One day I hope to have a pc so I can do something as good as this!
I really love the series of Springwood 😍 But how the heck is possible to build a such big, beautiful and realistic city, without reaching the Prop Limit 🤔
Oops 2 Stanford Bridges! Oh well. Recording the 1 cinematic alone took 5 hours and the editing was pretty brutal. This vid took way longer than I anticipated but totally worth it. Even if it's not 100% perfect. Stay tuned for more Springwood eightiesness next week (probably)!
two dollars twenty nice man
Hopefully*
(I dont mind if it gets replaced with your other amazing series tho)
The music... The cinematic angles... Just perfect!
so does that mean a bridge needs naming ? :) You should consider naming it the springwood harbour bridge, like sydney :)

GTA confirmed!
Yessir
Incredibly well put together. The layout of the city looks real
This city is absolutely majestic. Can't remember if anyone asked it in the past, but i'll ask it again:
will you ever upload the city in the workshop?
(i'm soon getting a new pc and i would be so happy to be able to travel around the map!)
What drone was this filmed with?
Lmao
This is just better if you have seen the sichuan provence series
Wow, it's amazing to see the whole city so far and the night shots just make it all seem so much more alive especially from Mount Springwood
This is amazing Springwood looks so good and you have mastered the cinematic camera such great shots
+Crumbs McGee thanks bro!
Jesus! It feels like its a drone footage of a real life city! WOW dude this is awesome!
Wow! Each episode of Springwood on it's own has been great, but to see the whole city like that is just amazing. Hope you do continue to work on this alongside Oshara and other projects you have on the go. Can't rate this highly enough - simply epic
I must say, the music had me head-bopping & foot-tapping on my 4am morning commute
🙌🏼long live the 80s🙌🏼
+M A K long live the 80s!!
Nicely done! Now we have a cool overview and presentation of Springwood :D
One issue the traffic is on the wrong side of the road.
Plus he is Aussie, the world doesn't revolve around America
Oscar Black this is based on an American city
here in Australia, that's the correct side so :/
In Soviet Russia, the side of the road drives the car
You guys realize this is set on the West Coast of America, based off Los Angeles? We drive on the right here.
Two dollars twenty I love how real springwood actually looks and i love how in your later episodes you make the highways going through the suburbs look so intricate and perfect like an American city would have it, this is one of the best cities in cities skylines
Thank you very much!
I wish I could build like you two dollars twenty because the cities i make are just for asthetics and not detail
I can't even run this game, but love to watch creative people like you work magic. This is the best I've seen. Amazing. Great job!
+David Ross thanks!! Go and grab yourself a nice computer and join the creativeness!
So inspiring! Such amazing work! And i love those highlighting text signs things, adds alot to the tour feel :)
+Essad thank you!
I really love seeing left hand traffic in an American style city. It’s so odd yet fascinating. Great job man.
Absolutely astonishing!!! I really love the theatre up in the mountains!!
Absolutely amazing job!! 👍
TheTimeister hey a fellow cities skylines UA-camr
Wow. I live in LA, and it's like looking at an abridged version of my city. Amazed
This is a masterpiece!
Really enjoyed the tour video. Really shows off all the effort put into detailing. Makes it feel real. Great work!
I can definitely get the 80's vibe man that's good 😍 I can see how you based shit off of LA and it looks a little like San Fransisco as well and its a masterpiece man
+Gannon J you pretty much nailed what I'm trying to achieve! Thanks!
Watched this piece of art twice in a row. I'm absolutely mindblown. Also just stumbled upon your channel... there goes my night.
This is such an impressive city. Thanks for sharing your work!
Man as a native Angeleno it's really cool to see places I've totally been to. The Greek Theatre and Griffith Observatory, some wonderful Hollywood vibes, Santa Monica. The exact same feeling of strange familiarity but also everything is slightly different that I get from GTA V. Well done.
Very cool man. So much time and effort went into this bit, but you're now into the 30s in this series! Amazing work.
Riverside reminds me a lot of the new area's around Oran Park, where like every house is the same just with like a different colour or something else here and there. Other than that, well done on this cinematic, I have loved this series with your unique Aussie taste while making an American map, nice job mateee
Wow the long take is epic! Really love the color gradient and composition!
Straight outta Crompton
LOL! I suggested that name just for shits and giggles but he actually used it! What a legend!
+WhoopsieNoodle it's a great name!
Awesome city. :3
But the soundtrack makes it better.
Falchion Of Eternity yeah do you know what it is it's not listed in the description but it's mint!
Absolutely awesome city and cinematic. It's guys like you that drive me to better myself, not sure how I'll ever be half as good! Keep up the good work 👏👍
Great looking city! Looks like a cross between Newcastle NSW and GTA V!
Please pay no attention to the vehicles at 3:06

OK my bad i guess. :P
The different intro really threw me- but this is completely amazing. We were kinda missing a full overview of the map, and this really shows off Springwood. It's just so awesome how much it's grown!
Amazing detail! I think it would be supercool to 3d print a city made in CSL and build it around a model train platform.
Not only is the city great, but your presentation of it is awesome.
Awesome Cinematic Tour! I Love how the City is taking Shape!
The sunflower amusement park and waterfront reminds me quite a bit of St Kilda and Luna park in Melbourne. Especially with the Palais Theatre nearby.
Harry Dean There was a bit of inspiration from there
I was going to ask the same thing, I live right near there and the first thing I thought when I saw the amusement park & old theatre near each other by the beach was "I wonder if that was inspired by St Kilda?" Even those 2 brown apartment buildings remind me of Alfred Square on the Esplanade. Just need to put a Sunday market :)
BEAUTIFUL.. what the- I'm speechless some people are naturally perfect at being city sculptors 😧
Wow! This is awesome! Very nice and well-made. Especially at 06.20 you get a very nice view over the city. 👌👍
Oh my neon god , this is truly impressive... Although you may have forgotten to put the musics in description, As I highly doubt this is a unreleased version of M83's "Outro" (I also suspect that a mad scientist is doing some weird physics experiments in an underground lab at 3:03 ) .. Calderiaän Thank you! I'll put the songs in now :) thanks for reminding me
Your city is great! first time I watched springwood.
Your Riverside area looks a lot like Riverside, CA. Idk if thats what you were going for but you nailed the inland southern California look with that neighborhood. Great Job dude.
This is so highly detailed that it almost looks like a live animated version of Google Earth.
Absolutely amazing tour
Wow!That is really nice! Congratulations on the beautiful job! Fantastic cinematics as well!
Nice job! The hyper realism is awesome.
Nice job - I love it! Next, you should make a residential area with lots of canals, like the neighborhoods common on the west coast of Florida! There are some in LA and west SF too.
Jackson Hejtmanek That's coming up :)
Even if in some ways is very similar to Los Angeles, It's a very original city. You're a master
Absolutely gorgeous.... love this city
IT'S so beautiful, i love the cinematography.
this looks like LA but in a completely different way, I LOVE IT!
ROFL!!! the yellow car and the hearse tough xD 3:04
This is great, really helped put all of the other episodes into context on how they fit as a whole :-)
You nailed it bro it was like we're in LA nice work
Excellent job on the video, and the city is a masterpiece!
@two dollars twenty, i love springwood!i play cities because i haaaate the city i really live in, but spring wood is straight from my dreams, its a beautiful!! Id love to visit.
I love the first song you played
Best City design ever 😍 I want to play this game
Looks a bit like Los Santos/L.A. Very amazing job, your skills are trully unique!
Tnx for the mountain!😂but why its a mount bund when it shoult be mount bunda?😂😂
Július Erik Bunda Oooops
two dollars twenty dont give a fuck just fix it
this is beautiful. amazing work!!!
This is frighteningly scary how good it is
+Jeb Car 😱
Damn this is amazing. I wish I was this good at the game lol.
This is great the only thing is the cars are driving on the wrong side of the road. I can see this is your rendition of LA judging by names like “Crompton” the “Springwood” sign overlooking the city.
This is so fucking good. This looks like a real city.
Never seen that good cinematics lol, rly cool
Good job!! I would love to see this town in 2037 and 2100
Mate I really apreciate your cinematics skills, that must have been really hard to set up these camera routes! Kudos! Keep up the good work man, i wish i were as good as you are at making videos like these lol
+Smids Vids cheers! It was really hard. Timing was the worst. Thanks for the comment
two dollars twenty I tried it myself but after two hours of work, didnt even get close making something competent, or even something like this masterpiece ;)
Amazing job with the city! It so complete and just the scale of it is massive! You should make a video about the public transit you got going!
flagzau That's the plan :)
Best cinametic episode ever seen 🙌
That is an amazing psuedo-LA!
So many good memories...
You my friend just earned another Sub I LOVED IT
funny corvette glitch on 3:04
lol. that whole intersection is broken
When your filming a cinematic and your like damn it traffic behave!
Looks amazing. If those modded buildings actually work it would be so awesome
Great video. I have a district called Crompton too. I currently have an LA/SF based city but I'm using xbox1. One day I hope to have a pc so I can do something as good as this!
Well that was just awesome
It's like a weird dream city inspired partly by San Andreas from GTA, partly actual LA, and like a little taste of Long Beach.
Yellow car at 3:00 awesomeness lol
Amazing work! Love it!
Wow, so cool!!!!!! I like when you do the tour
Man wow, this clip is awesome ! Already shared to friends ! :D
Amagine having this as the GTA6 map
This is a work of art
Boardwalk!! you bloody legend mate! superb video tour too.
Any chance we in the future we could get a train or tram tour through the city?
Dave Brundle definitely
It's amazing !! very beautiful 👍You had use Road color changer ++ for the road ?
+Blue Cry thanks! Yep!
This is a place I could comfortably live; mainly because they drive on the correct side of the road
Amen
You should totally build a small commuter town with a train station!
Great job!! Looks amazing ;)
At 3:04, what is going on at the train crossing with the vehicles? Otherwise, great work!
I really love the series of Springwood 😍
But how the heck is possible to build a such big, beautiful and realistic city, without reaching the Prop Limit 🤔
Congratulations!! Amazing video!!
+Rerum Optima cheers!
Respect for this city. But can it be that you accidentally used links traffic roads? Or is the recording somehow mirror-inverted?
Really nice vid, maybe you can try to download the san francisco cable trains, I think that s more fitting to the 80s.
This is simply amazing!! You're a genius!
One question tho, how do you record this cinematic camera movement?
+DaneShady thank you! You need the mod Extended Cinematic Camera
Awesome City! 😍
Incredible!
Love the city its now my dream city
