Can definitely relate to the "dilemma" of scope versus detail. And i am glad that it seems like you felt that achieving a certain size of Springwood relatively fast was important - for me that makes the city feel real and alive. Nice episode!
This looks like a really good start. I'm super inspired now for my own harbor area, which I've been too scared to tackle. I didn't previously know there was a guide for placing the docks, either. Can't wait for the next episode!
I completely understand how your mind works! Focusing on the detail and wanting to re-imagine that detail in a game. Literally spending hours making the most realistic looking car park or making the most mess you can under a highway overpass. I admit when I play GTA all I want to do is go and play Cities: Skylines and build what I can see.
Awesome to see this series back! I'm also quite happy to see you tackling a harbor project. I'm a bit of a nerd for container terminals but every time I build one I end up thinking I could have done better. It's always cool to see someone else build an awesome one to get a bit of inspiration. One day I'll perfect it! Probably...
When you edited in the satellite images of Sydney airport and LAX it shocked me to realise there isn't a Springwood Intl airport! Would love to see your version of one to match this project
Hey dude this looks amazing. But be careful with how many rocks/props you put under the sea level in the dock because, ships could scratch their hulls or just wouldn't be able to dock in some areas. And of course this is just being realistic, but by no means do you have to go along with it. Again, Looks great!!
you gave me sooooo many ideas for a dock. I totally forgot about google earth! ugh.... been building through mind alone with hardly any inspiration at all. thank you!
If thier was an multiplayer mod for citie skyline that we can play as civ's I would live in your city. What will be the best place to stay and work at?

+Euphoric Visigoth thank you for the comment. Wish me luck, I think it's going to be challenging to get it all right!
Should add a car manufacturing park/plant. Be a good way to commemorate the end of our own car manufacturing in Australia.
+Z-Series great idea!
I’ve been waiting for this day! I thought across the bay would remain a desolate field!
+WhoopsieNoodle not any more!
Doc looks neat! I’m surprised how much you’ve accomplished. It makes the city look real!

I think that headland u were talking about is Ranchos Palos Verdes. There's a lot of nice and rich homes there. Maybe you can plop a couple down!
+Jackson Geary I think so! I was meant to have a google earth image for that bit but forgot
Yey, finally a new Episode

One of the most dangerous ports I've seen...
Could you perhaps put a small private runway near the port
/ helipad/ sea rescue/ pilot tugs port.
How to see the walt whitman bridge that well? My walt whitman bridge is broken when see closer.

You must've cruised the 405 or the 105.
+Charles Anthony yeah I think that's it!
If thier was an multiplayer mod for citie skyline that we can play as civ's I would live in your city. What will be the best place to stay and work at?
you should visit Detroit, lots of beautiful architecture.
+Cedric Pie that's my next US visit!!

I love the design of this port including the highway. Do you have a name for this port?
+Mustafa Ali thank you! I've been calling it Port Springwood
if a railway tracks, warehouses and also an oil depot added will make it even a true awesome port.... do you agree?
+Mustafa Ali all that is coming in the next 12 hours
Great, love to see it when finished. Take your time bro, take your time.... I'll be waiting for sure :) You can count on that!
Hey man! I really love your work! What city in Australia do you stay in?
+Aryan Banerjee thank you! Sydney

+Aryan Banerjee never been to Adelaide but heard it's nice there. That's sounds good :)
Is it possible to use Ronyx's docks without the road underwater?
Yep you can though using the road makes it easier to place
2:20 has 51k subs... i remwmber when he had 5k...
Can u tell me if your using a mod to straighten your roads to make them look that way? If so what mod is it?
+Scott Bell I'm using Precision Engineering or something like that.
Are all of these episodes pre recoeded? And what is up with the intro where is that from?
+Julijs Krumins they are usually recorded and built during the week and I do the commentary after. The intro is my own creation my friend
ah okay, keep it up :D
Any reason for the left hand highway?
