Good evening from Godley Texas, insulation is a must in cold/hot climates. Condensation leads to mold, which leads to an unlivable space. I encounter the same issue on my window frames. Good modifications to enhance the living space. Trees will make a terrific windbreak in the future. Beautiful moon shot. Gorgeous scenery. Thanks for allowing us into your life.
