hm one Q - i shoot with a strong flash at 1/1 however when i through an object it's still blurry (SS 1/160), what am i doing wrong? is there a particular setting that needs modified to capture motion with sharp focus? i use the godox sk400ii so i thought that's a good flash..
that's too much power actually. with 1/1 your flash duration is too long. Speedlights are a better tool for this (because they're faster). Get all the available light out of the shot too. That could be screwing things up. Go back to 7:20 and watch carefully. 👍

Hi, please I have a question, must we use the same flash duration when using two différents flashs (speedlight + strobe in my case) to freez motion
if the flashes are close and the power setting is relatively low, you won't notice any difference. 👍
