Thanks, you talked me out of Vail and more toward Sierra Vista.

@jimmystewart3288 which part makes you not want to live in Vail? We have a lot of clients that choose Vail or Benson over Sierra Vista. Happy to help if you have any questions. Feel free to reach out!

@@tucsonarizonaliving , all the new growth and extra traffic and I believe it just might be a little cooler down Hereford way. Thanks for reading my post.

One more thing about the traffic issue… You have to cross over two railroad tracks that are close to each other on Colossal Cave Road. Old Vail Middle School is close to the tracks, so in the morning when school starts & at the end of the school day the traffic can be very slow going in that area.

I just bought a place in Corona de Tucson (but I have a Vail address) and I have zero regrets! I also prefer peace and quiet over excitement at this point in my life.

@@tucsonarizonaliving I actually just went the other day! 10/10 food! However, the service could’ve been better since I was swarmed by flies the entire time and no one seemed to care.

@brett8532 that's frustrating. Definitely one of our favorite places out there for food but service can definitely be hit and miss

@@tucsonarizonaliving that seems to be a common theme among reviews! Hopefully some new management can turn that place around in the future.

I think you two captured some of the issues of living Vail perfectly! Although we still love it after 22 years, the growth has been the overwhelmingly the biggest obstacle for us. However, the pluses outweigh the minuses which is why we insist on staying in the Vail area, at least for now😊
BTW, we will let you know should we decide to move so you can do what you do best, and that is sell our house and help us buy a new one. Thanks.

@@Duffercity1 thanks for watching! We love Vail as well and just want to make sure everyone knows the pros as well as the cons when trying to make a decision.
