The stadiums are designed to move and take 5 times the weight of the fans, its perfectly safe. The engineers know what they had to do after a few incidents back in the 70s/80s.

Our own home support is electrifying with megasize flags, big tifo displays and flares.
We sing for 2 hours straight minus 15 minutes at half time break.
At 4:30 those stadions are MADE to sustain that kind of vibrations, on basketball stadions you can actually fell sometimes ground shaking where players are standing and commentators are sitting. They actually commented few times how floor is shaking.
If you want to see crazy fans..... Serbia, Turkish, Greece, Polish also....... check those fans
Also they does not love only football, they love their teams.... Every team has clubs in loads of sports.... Football, Basketball, Volleyball.... and loads of other sports....
I recommend you watch what the fans are like here in South America, where they are more passionate about football, I say this because I live in Brazil, the land and barn of great football stars and it has great fans just like in Argentina, Uruguay...

I don't know how German football fans are , but Romanians football fans , ( for the last country in the video - that was the national anthem they were chanting/singing in unison , btw, for the national team ) are CRAZY . Some more than others.
There's a team called Dinamo Bucharest aka The Red Dogs , and the fans are mostly ultras. They would literally set the stadium on fire . They've made it to the news numerous times. It is like a warzone especially when they play against FCSB aka The Red and Blues .

there are 2 matches, one is played on the field and the other in the stadium...it's a tradition that has lasted for 80 years, it's a religion..sometimes the most important battle is that of cheering and entertainment in the stands. ..in the stadium there is singing, cheering, no phones, no sitting down, everyone standing...each club has various ultras groups that have been giving a show on the bleachers for over 60 years which is the most important match against other rivals clubs, large and complicated choreographies, songs, etc etc.. every child in Italy and in Europe is more fascinated by the curve where the ultras make 10/20,000 people sing rather than what happens on the pitch. football without support is nothing .
