My granddaughter had severe toenail fungus to the point her pediatrician wanted to remove her toe nails. I asked my daughter to let me try and cure her. I applied tea tree oil 2 times per day for 2 weeks. Fungus disappeared. The pediatrician couldn't believe it. I apparently schooled the doctor.

@@elizabethroblyn1392 I used sweet almond oil but it was mostly tea tree oil. It's not wise to use an essential oil exclusively. Also, please be careful if you have a cat because even the fumes from tea tree oil can kill a cat. My formula was 1 drop sweet almond oil mixed with 2 drops of tea tree oil.

I'm glad it worked for you. I tried tea tree oil (regular long-term use) on my affected nails; it helped some, but did not cure it--even when I lost my nail and treated directly on the skin 😐 I also tried it in a warm/hot foot/toe soak, as some protocols call for. I have also recently seen articles stating that tea tree MAY make it worse...so, perhaps it depends on the individual?

Filing off the top layer of the nail helps it go way faster. Fungus grows a protective bio film. Filing removes that and lets the apple cider vinegar, bleach or tea tree oil work! Been doing this proactively for a decade. My nails are soft, pink and grow straight. Don't forget to file!❤

I’ve been putting a cup of Clorox household bleach in the tub when I shower. I close the drain, pour in a cup of bleach, shower normally, open the drain, and rinse my feet before I get out. My toenails are looking better than they’ve looked in 20 years. My doctor wanted me to take an oral medication with severe side effects to my liver. No thanks! I’m 67 and I have abused my liver enough already. This seems to be working and I’m encouraged. God bless everyone.

    • @bigrich6750
      @bigrich6750 Рік тому +21

@@Tkkirkland926 The tub usually has about 4 inches of water in it, before I open the drain and let it out. By the time I let it out, my feet have been in the mix for about 15 - 20 minutes, and the Clorox has been pretty well diluted, and I doubt at that point it’s doing much more than normally chlorinated water. At first, the concentration is pretty high, but gets less as the tub fills up. I burned my toes when I tried to soak my feet in a small container with bleach and water, so I quit trying to do that and started using the tub when I shower. If you’re going to use a cotton swab, just be sure the bleach is sufficiently diluted, as it will burn your skin if the concentration is too high.

Regarding the Vick's Vaporub...I can attest to that. I don't know how I came to think of using it, but I did and found it actually made my toenail look almost clear in the morning! At night I smear some Vick's on my toenail, wrap it with a bandaid or even just put on a sock, and go to bed with it on. In the morning, you'll be amazed at how good your nail looks! Just keep it up until the fungus is all gone, which will take a good while, several weeks, but it's easy, cheap, and an effective way to rid yourself of that horrible fungus!

Well, in six DAYS I knew something was not good. That was Friday. On Monday they did blood work... and Tuesday I was told to stop. Too late. It gave me hepatitis, jaundice, my bilirubin number went to eleven ( it should be about 0.5 ). I couldn't eat, I lost 30 pounds, itched all over, I couldn't sleep, I spent four days in the hospital. Update: day 6 of treatment.
Today, the fungal part of my skin/nail looks white and dry, and I can see more new nail growing in.
(For reference, the fungal part of my skin/nail was black, had mushroom-like spores, and was very “wet” looking when I first started.)
I have trimmed back the nail all the way to the base where the fungus was (it doesn’t hurt at all because it’s dead) so the treatment could sink in better and the skin and nail could stay dry.
I’ve been doing bleach in a shot glass once a day, a vinegar bath for 10 minutes a day, tea tree oil once a day, and I also started putting my foot under a blue/red therapy light I have just for extra treatment because I read that light helps. Also I have been making sure to keep the toe completely dry and clean at all times. And if I go out, I wear sandals and cover it with a very light piece of gauze.

      Update: Day 8
There is no black discoloration on my nail bed anymore (when I first started, 3/4s of my nail bed was black/brown) and the fungus spores/fingers are now almost completely yellowish/white and have shrunk.
My toe is quite dry and splotchy from the bleach, so I will not be doing vinegar baths for at least a week until it heals.
Instead, I bought a small fan and an LED lamp and put them both under my desk to keep my feet lit and dry. I also make sure to sit out in the sun for at least 15 minutes a day when possible. It seems like keeping it as DRY as possible is having the most rapid impact.
Maybe what I am doing is overkill, but I am so determined to be done with this stupid toe fungus haha! Stay tuned..

Bleach is a common household cleaning product. It’s often used to remove color from fabrics, remove mold or mildew, or to sanitize dirty surfaces. When used on your body or skin, however, it can cause serious problems. According to the Asian Journal of Research in Dermatological Science, using bleach on toenail fungus can actually cause infection and irritation to the skin and nail. Irritation, such as a rash or burning sensation, is especially common if you have sensitive skin.

than taking a pill that has only a 30 - 40 % chance of even being affective to reduce the fungus along with many other potential
      side affects that are horrifying.
Dr. Allen Mandell and others like him are the exception, because they tell us what the average general practioner does not.

      @PeterWest70 11 місяців тому

@@annematousek350 DMSO or it’s proper full name of “Dimethylsulfoxide” is produced during the processing of paper from wood.
      FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
As in the example cited (nail fungus) it’s used as a “carrier”- sort of like an Uber- which transport an agent through the skin, deep into the dermis (skin) which is then picked up by blood supply (capillaries) and it’s transported by the blood.
Nail fungus is hard to fight because it hides deep inside the nail bed, where there is little blood supply, or any topical agents (alone) can’t reach that deep, thus mixing your Rx agent with DMSO will help carry your Rx deep into your body.
Disclaimer: As with anything that works, you’ll come across all sort of negative information- that’s called “Big Pharma”!!
DMSO is good for many other things in humans and animals- your pet has got a little arthritis, try some DMSO and massage into the affected areas.
Do note that there will be a very short lived “warming” sensation when first applied to the skin; it’s not dangerous or harmful, it just an indication of your body’s absorbing it and passes within a couple of minutes or less.
Hope this help but read more here or google and discover for yourself:

About 8 months ago I had a nail fungus on my toe nail. I watched this video and begun to treat the nail with bleach.
Once per day, for two weeks, I took a cotton swab and put bleach on the nail and the surrounding nails. I kept thebleach on my nails for about two minutes and then washed my feet with water.
After the first week, the nail's color, at the place of the infection became white. I think if I stopped then, it would be enough but I kept doing it for the second week.
At the end of the second week, the smell of the bleach started to irritate me so I said screw it, I'm stopping. I highly recommend not to smell the bleach. Do it outside or something.
Now, after 8 months, the infected part is gone and my nails look very healthy.
Similarly, my mother had a fungus problem for the last 40 years or so. Her nails were really messed up. She did the same treatment and her finger nails are already healed. Her toe nails are not healed. They look better but I think another year will need to pass in order for the nails to fully grow back.

    Yes, bleach is the No.1!
Either this or the oily stuff and not both or all of them.
One may have to revert to bleach and once in a while, use diluted 1 part to 4 parts of water - hydrogen peroxide, when using bleach.
Or 1 part to 2 parts water.
    To remove the loose debri.
It is said that even coconut oil works , but it is better only to help the worn out nail to grow, keeping contact with the nail bed after successful treatment.

He referred to bloodwork from 6 mos ago as being OK, no new testing needed. I've been looking for options. I have heard of most of the remedies you mention. However, I have great respect for you, so when you grouped them together and explained them, i felt much more confident making a decision. Thank you for being so Trustworthy in a time when so many others are not. Much Love!

@@Charmaine9I treated foot fungus with a cream and a year later it came back. It's best to make a habit of 15 minute feet baths twice a day for prevention.

Excellent. I'm going straight for the white vinegar in the kitchen cupboard right now, as I'm sick of this after 10 long years of doctor appointments, prescribed tablets and paint on laquer stuff that works for a while, but the fungus always comes back. This will hopefully eliminate that part of the seemingly never ending circular problem. Thank you

I’ve been dealing with it since the late 90’s and the only thing they want to prescribe is dangerous drugs that can cause liver and kidney damage, and some lead to death. I rather not go that route. Hopefully one of these will work for us.

I suffered from toenail fungus for 25 years. I saw a video about using colorless iodine and tried it. I put some on a q-tip and applied it to the infected nail. Sure enough after a few weeks the nail was growing out clear. It will take several months for the nail to grow all the way out, but it does work ! One very bad nail actually turned very soft after several weeks and I was able to pull it off...a new nail was already growing in it's place.

Oregano essential oil should only be applied to your skin diluted in some kind of oil. It is a “hot” oil and will burn and irritate your skin if you don’t mix it with something else. It doesn’t have to be a special fancy oil; I normally use coconut oil to dilute it. I’ve used it on a fever blister that was forming and it stopped it completely.

Love your videos and your presentation, but one thing in fighting toenail fungus that should be noted is , that the nails should be ground down with a toenail grinding set to thin the nail and help the bleach or whatever you use to work faster.
