Mountain Biking Big Bear in Crowsnest Pass, AB. July 8-2023

Big Bear in Crowsnest Pass is a very technical and physically demanding climb and descent. On this ride we are doing a pre-ride for the upcoming Transrockies Single Track 6 race. Big Bear will be part of Stage 3, next Saturday, July 15th. It will be my first of 3 stages that I am riding in this year's event. As I have never ridden Big Bear before I am really glad I rode this and saw the stage BEFORE the race! It will take discipline on pacing and also on making good choices on how much risk to take on the descent to ensure I have a successful race day.
