Thank you for the video. I love the way you do videos and all of your projects. It is nice to see a long dog in DMC it means i might be able to do one.
I highly recommend stitching a long dog. I thought they looked scary but they are easy , just huge 😁 I would also recommend plain fabric and DMC . It keeps the cost down and it's such a huge project you can wash it at the end to freshen it up if you want to 😉

A long dog is a commitment but I think well worth the time. A very enjoyable stitch 😁

Thank you, yes I did knit it . Knitting is the same as cross stitch , follow the pattern one stitch at a time . The designers do the hard work 😉

Thanks for telling your thoughts on the Pointed Fifth. I like the look of the architecture in one colour and the insides in another. I'm hadn't thought of variegated, I was thinking about a fancy fabric. I really want to do it but I'm confusing myself over how to do it!
I know how you feel . That's why I looked at other peoples to see what I like best and what I would enjoy stitching. I'm sticking to washable plain fabric and DMC because I'm a messy pup and it's a long term project 😊

I’m slowly returning to cross stitch after a long break, I used to be an avid cross stitcher 30+ years ago unfortunately my eyes aren’t as good now but I’m still enjoying it! The end result is absolutely amazing, however. If my eyes could handle allllll those sts, I’d be right there stitching along with you! (on a Long Dog, definitely !)… I’ll be knitting instead, just love seeing your beautiful pieces come to life!

Hello Tina! I love catching your updates. Years ago all my cross stitching involved DMC on even weave, plain linen, so I am long out of the loop. I am curious about the comparison of cost between DMC and silk threads. Double? Triple? Your next long dog? Wow!! Fabulous!
I've only used the silk Caron waterlilies and they are £5 compared to £1 for DMC . I know Silks for you hanks are popular and work out more affordable. I don't feel I'm missing out and being accident prone, washable is always the best option 😄

It is best to buy the floss all together as dye lots can change but generally its not such a concern in cross stitching when buying from DMC . There will be a lot of bundles yes 😄

Miss the knitting. The Tarot sampleler is weird. Why would you dabble in the occult? Its not something to dabble in, it is a dark arts, or form of witchcraft, mysticism and "new age" cultism.
We will have to agree to disagree on the Taro . It's the spirit of the person that can be dark not the cards . Most Taro readers work in love and light to help not harm. Just the same as in church bad people can hide behind perception not fact . I'm afraid my videos won't be for you this year while I stitch it . I know there are lots of knitting podcasts for you to enjoy . Thanks for watching
