I bought and installed it myself a couple of months ago and it really works GREAT, and super quiet! It really evens out the heat in my cabin and I burn less wood, it's 28 outside now and 76 inside with ease by having a Recoheat! thanks!

Hi the the area around the sliding section it's not mentioned does this joint get sealed? Seen bottom and top getting sealed!
It has a clip that holds and seals it. Sorry for the slow response!
