WHAT HEARTBREAK TAUGHT ME I the hardest year of my life

A vulnerable share about what grief, heartbreak and pain taught me. How I overcame this pain by nurturing my inner world and understanding that actually feeling the depth of your feelings is how you move forward. I am in awe of my strength and how beautiful life is, not just the happy moments, but all of it. Last year might have been an incredibly hard year, but I wouldn't change a thing, because I discovered the magic present in the harder moments of life. How healing it can be to walk through that. How healing it can be to realise how strong you are. Through moving through my feelings unapologetically, I awakened to my own power - and through that I was reborn. This is the rebirth.
As a writer, it felt so beautiful to make this video and see my words come to life through the visual elements. I hope to make more videos like this where I get to share my voice, my thoughts, my poetry and spoken word in this way.
