Sea bream is one of my most loved Fish , it lacks that usual Fishy smell and slimy texture most Fish have and as it has that snow white flaky lovely flesh it tempts many Chefs all over the world to cook and serve it filetted , the fact is that is a common culinary mistake! Sea Breams actually taste a lot better served with the bones intact,and since their bones are large and strong you won't feel any discomfort in removing them while eating , i personally enjoy using my hands when it comes to eating sea food. so today's moral is: in order to enjoy your Sea bream don't debone it ! have fun and enjoy life guys!

They would rather not use gloves to avoid food contamination in each dish they prepare so they use their bare hands. If you always chop like red onions on a daily basis it's hard to clean your nails from time to time.
