In this list, I support MAMAMOO, SATURDAY, and WJSN so I hope they won’t disband although they haven’t released group music. And SKYLE, MINIMANI, BBGIRLS, WEUS, Lapillus too
Honestly, I feel like blackpink should just disband, I love them, but YG clearly has no plans for them and doesn't care about them. At this rate, there is no point staying together. Loved the video!! 💕🫶
so kpop stans would rather groups disbanded automatically even after going for so long in the music scene? then there wouldnt be any music whatsoever when its their goals and dreams to be pop stars
@@randomuser-nt9if that's not at all what I mean, because the members seem more happy pursuing solo careers as well. Also Jennie said that she was no longer enjoying idol life.
I mean BP have been together for over 7 years now and only have like 30 songs in their discography and no comeback since two years. It’s not like YG really tried to push their musical career or artistry despite being huge, so I wouldn’t be surprised if their interests have shifted with time. Of course it’s a pity if they truly care about the group activities but they haven’t exactly acted as one lately so it’s not surprising that people excepted or want them to disband. Additionally, they are doing well individually, they each have a solid fanbase that will support them in their solo activities (like fashion, acting, solo album) so some people don’t see them staying as a group much. Although they will make a comeback soon according to YG this year or next year plus a world tour so let’s see how it will go for them as a group.
I feel like they’ve reached the amount of success that they’re happy with what they’ve achieved. If they disband it won’t be a sad ending for blackpink it just means the group has succeeded.
I agree 0:36 it’s annoying because they’re big money makers and it will soon be 1 year since their last song THE GIRLS. Despite him saying they have a comeback in 2025 I’m skeptical
The thing is with Blackpink is not them taking two years between The Album and Born Pink but rather the amount of songs they released after these years. They released only a total of 7 songs on Born Pink.
Just wanted to give some updates on the groups i follow a bit :D BLACKPINK: Planned world album & tour in 2025 stated by YG Entertainment in their plans for 2025 MAKAMAKA: They had their 4th anniversary 2 days ago, we got an instagram update so thats atleast something positive? Pixy: Former member Dajeong (now called U.Chae) had her solo debut recently and Ella (now called Joo) announced that she's going to be a soloist a couple weeks ago, but for Pixy their company allart's office is closed/abandoned plus all the members have written a 'thank you for being here please continue to support us on our new journey posts' so we're basically just waiting for the disbandment news... EYEDI: She has terminated her contract with her company Bace Camp Studio after 4 years of legal disputes, she now goes by her real name Nam Yujin Fifty Fifty: On June 19th of 2023, the 4 members filed to suspend their contracts with Attrakt, the news of the injunction was later revealed to the public after Attrakt accused Warner Music Korea and SIAHN (cupid's producer) of trying to get the members to violate their contracts to sign with another agency. While both parties denied that, Attrakt filed criminal charges againt Siahn (and three others) for fraud, breach of duty, and obstruction of business. All 5050's schedules were cancelled (KCon La, MV filming for a Barbie movie song). October 17th Keena withdrew her lawsuit against Attrakt and returned. On October 19th the other 3 member's contracts were terminated. On March 11th, 2024, the former Fifty Fifty members lost their breach of trust claim filed against Attrakt, at the same time Attrakt had filed a lawsuit seeking compensation from the former members of Fifty Fifty, their parents, and the Givers' two executives Siahn and Baek Jin-sil on the grounds that they were involved in an unjust breach of the three former members' contracts, and with how it's looking they'll likely have to pay 10 Million USD to Attrakt. In June Attrakt announced that the new line-up of 5050 will debut in September. Butttt it was just announced (6hr ago) that their new invester (David Yong) got arrested for falsification of accounts. Saturday: a fan noticed that the building of their company was abandoned and there was an unpaid light bill taped to the door, so likely unofficially disbanded. Hashtag: Their contract has/will end this year and no content in a while, likely unofficially disbanded. WJSN: The members are actually quite active, but no group content. Bona, Exy and Dawon said they are taking a break from their group activities to focus on their solo activities so that they can stay in the industry in for a long time. They renewed their contract which shows they still want/intend to comeback as a group.
MAMAMOO: Posted to their accounts for their 10th Anniversary a couple of months ago and it seemed to promise that a group project would be forthcoming.
saturday is still active, the abandoned building was their old agency (sd entertainment)'s. saturday moved to yoonso group last year with their comeback "stay"
