The thing I love about this video is being able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise without having to get out of bed! Thanks Phil!
😂 Well put....lol Was a ripper of a sunrise, but cruel hearing that alarm go off. Cheer mate 🍻
Always worthwhile getting up early for a sunrise like that!
Thanks for sharing this video. That really is a beautiful part of the coastline 👍🇦🇺
My pleasure mate 😎👍
I used to land base game fish off Hat Head point in the mid 80's :)
Was a classic spot in the 70's (good runs of spanish - before my time) but caught a few nice cobia off there over the years. Still looks awesome though 😎
Great video once more Phil. Love a good sunrise!
Ah thanks Chris! Enjoy your Sunday mate 🍻
Great Video. Perfect way to start the day.
Glad you enjoyed it Bogor 😎👍
Nice one Phil, great sunrise🙌the beginning reminds me of our trip😂👍
Nice flashback Curt...😎 Bloody sand though, caught me napping...lol Catch ya mate 👍
So motivating very much appreciate all you do brother
Ah, thanks mate! Cheers 😎👍
Dawn has never looked so beautiful Phil😍 Thanks. It's probably 35 years ago, my dad and i walked around Korogoro point. Such a great part of the mid north coast👍 Hey mate if you were to put a bit of bait on the hook, ya might catch more FISH🤣🤣🤣 See you on the next one buddy
😂 bait, ill remember that 😂👍 Its a beautiful walk around the point hey 🙏 Catch ya Neil 👍
Looks like a beautiful area mate I mate have to take the family down that way for a bit of a camp and look around. That was a ripper scene coming on the beach with the sunrise!👌😎
Cheers mate!!
Some sweet camping spots and amazing headlands to explore, Sam 😎👍
Great vid loved it haven’t been fishing for a while now might have to get back into it thanks Phil 👍👍
Thanks Johnny, get out there mate, if only for the peace and quiet 👍
That was just beautiful, and Wifey wanted you to know she loved it.
We were at Hat Head a couple of years ago - didn't think much of the Caravan Park but totally loved the area. The walk around the Headland was just brilliant, great to see it from your drone mate!
Ah cheers David, and say thanks to the wifey 😁👍 Hat head is stunning - the point, not the park or town. Hope you headed down to Hungry Head, beautiful down there also 🙏 Catch ya mate 🍻
@@MidCoastAdventures Yeah we did, had a good look around the whole area :)
Beautiful spot up there.
It's been pretty manic since corona. I've never seen so many caravans on the road but you can always find a quiet campspot if you look hard enough.
The place went nuts after Corona - I guess everywhere did. Still a nice spot though 👍
nice relaxinf day surf fishing...only way to top it off...fresh fish on the campfire...
I reckon your photography is pretty amazing mate.
Ah thanks mate! I'm working on it, trying get the best out of the gear I have. Cheers for the feedback 🙏
Yay fishing camping an motor bike. I only need100lb hand lines up here in Darwin for Barra. I Would take travel rods or telescopic on bike.😊
Far more fish up your way Alexander! Lean picking here now, but still worth a throw occasionally. Got a little cheap Shinamo telescopic rod, but it's horrible compared to my good gear...lol Catch ya mate
Awesome mate I’m currently at trial bay camping one of my favourite spots. Did your run down butcher’s yard road and up to dago lookout on Wednesday thanks for map on that video sensational tracks. Keep them coming mate I look forward to them and enjoy exploring the area cheers 💪🦘🇦🇺
Ah, top spot out there 😎👍 Nah, I wasn't up Bago on Wednesday. Enjoy your time in SWR's. Cheers mate 🍻
@@MidCoastAdventures I did your run up dago then to port over to north shore and back via crescent head awesome place you live at 👍
blessed
Cold bluish glare typical of the Sun Simulator. Your bike would be gone in parts of the North Island of NZ.😮
Not too much theft here, but still got to be careful 👍
Hi Phil
Rod here and the shed boys still loving you content we have a query what do you have in the saddle bags to make them appear solid sides. Nice going up in that Kyiambal area beautiful country keep it up. Cheers Rod
Hi Rod, and thanks mate👍 There's water containers (might be 15 or 20 litre?) with the tops cut off, slid inside. Works great, no wear on the rubberized bags. Cheers mate
Surprised the Honda doesn't have a cutout switch when you drop it. Not sure if my KLX230 has one I know all my road bikes do.
Do you let air out of tyres for sand like a 4wd? Or is that a huge no no? Genuine question. LOVE your channel 😊
Sometimes I do, but generally no. I run 25 psi on anything- juat lazy... lol Glad you enjoy the videos, cheers mate 🍻
Phil....the lights on the bike that show up on the video....look pretty average....what are you opinion
Hey Peter. The Gopro probably doesn't do them justice. They are quite bright, but not a broad, useable beam. Would need little flood lights to fill in the dark areas 👍
Mate . That entry to smokey can catch 4x4 dropping a bike there is nothing to be ashamed of.its bloody soft
Thanks Tod. Was kind of funny as I was super tired...lol
First time I seen you use Follow Me mode, how did you it, you should use it more often.
Hi Micheal. Only just got it. Still getting used to it - hence the lousy footage. But will sort it out soon I hope 👍 It's just an old DJI Spark. Cheers
