Black wheels, the lower front extension piece (kind of like a splitter) A black spoiler and blacked out between tail lights. Black mirrors. And a red line on mirrors. And your supposed to have red marks on the left side below spoiler. This is the second Red Line Camaro I have seen like this, my LT1 has red striping on both sides below spoiler. The RS gives you. The wheels and red trim are NOT part of the RS package. That is a redline package on that car. An LT1 with RS package and dual mode exhaust will run 41000 MSRP in the 10spd Automatic.
The video title is misleading. Yes, any car's price can balloon with lots of unnecessary options. The LT1 model is a great value, as long as you keep the configuration simple. For example, a base Porsche Boxster/Cayman can have $30k in options. The base LT1 model has plenty of standard features, such as 20" wheels, LED headlights, heated seats, etc. A base Challenger Scat Pack has ugly yellow halogen projectors, and is $4k more than an LT1 base price.
I don't think they have heated seats lol. They do have remote start on the A10 versions, as well as wireless apple carplay/android auto, power seats, brembo brakes up front, etc.
If someone is looking to buy a Camaro on a budget, they are not going to add $8000 of options for it. They will try to keep it at $35 to $38 thousand. On that note, Bose sound system ($900) and the Dual-mode exhaust ($995) is almost a must. With that the price will hover around $37 thousand.

Because less than 13% of all Camaros are 6 speed manual transmission with a giant V-8 look your not going to be able to get these new in a few years when everything goes electric. And don’t give me that crap that the automatic is 2/10 of a second faster on the track you’re not going to track this car. Get the manual 6 speed. It’s more fun. With an automatic it drives you with a manual you drive the car.
no it’s not. Its a crazy price! In my country it costs 50k$ which is insane, compared to the mustang. This is no way near cheap and affordable for youngsters who want to have fun
I own a Stinger and could have bought any american muscle car.I test drove them and what is unaffordable right now is 4 to 5 dollars in premium gas these cars DRINK.My stinger requires premium also but in comfort mode I can at least average 20 MPG--you could be at nearly half that in most of these cars--Dodge is the worst--the 392 is routinely about 2 MPG lower--and yes even foks that have the money for these cars take that into consideration--it can add thousands of dollars a year to the ownership costs.I cringe when I meet at the local gas station and people are putting regular gas in these. Also most of these cars are now well above 40k.They also need to AWD these cars--say what you want but it rains almsot everywhere in the US and sadly RWD is outright dangerous in the rain esepcially with this much HP.
I average 18 MPG around town with my 2020 Mustang GT 5.0 with 460HP and I don't drive like a grandpa. If you are worried about the price of gas, you buy a 4-cylinder econo car. The type of car in this video is a toy, hobby, or a passion; that's how you have to view it.
@@AStanton1966 I could have easily bought and american V* --even looked at a SRT Jeep--but fuel milegae can become a big cost--I am upper middle class--not rolling in money to blow several more thousands of dollars on gas. Also the must ang is the most frugal--the dodges are outright awful on fuel mileage.
The mpg of the Camaro is actually fantastic for what it is, up to 27 mpg highway. With cylinder deactivation and direct injection that could easily make it a daily driver without breaking the bank. How many SUV's on the road are in the same range? As far as AWD is concerned, that would literally ruin the appeal of the car. If you think RWD is dangerous then don't buy it. Most of us buy cars like this specifically looking for high HP and RWD for the thrill of it. If you don't know how to handle it then go buy a Civic. My SS performs exactly how I want it to, even in the rain, and the fact that I can get that performance along with some fantastic MPG for what it is, is a bonus. This car never lets me down when it comes to putting on a smile. If you want to save gas you only have to go light on the go pedal, which sounds easy.
@@LtDan-ni5rw Thats why I mentioned Dodge specifically.Like I said I have owned a few muscle cars in my life and tracked several times. The Stinger is a nice balance of comfort and performance.I also have almost 40k in the bank with what I saved on the Stinger. If I goto the track now--I just pay the extra 1k and get a race/GT car the tracks provide which are usually much faster then any stock cars folks bring.I know how to drive never wrecked 25 years no tickets--but RWD american cars and bimmers are some of the most dangerous on the road to the many untrained folks that buy them.
Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. Nope, used cars Def ain't cheap anymore as most of them are going for the price of a car NEW off the lot with zero miles so you're correct. What they're charging for the used market is insane, might as well go and spend $3-4,000 more for a brand new car.
Well I hadn't never drove a camro before so I think once the virus gose away aunt diana myself are going do alitttle car shopping and see what its like behind the wheel of a nice clean car that dont have much power now once thats time to start driving again iam not going show off drag racing or other things like that all I want to do is enjoy driving having fun and not worry about anything or anyone 🙂 😅 😊 😀 😉 😄
Not a bad price for a new V8 Camaro.
damn .... bought my 2018 1SS New after financing it's about a $34,000 car ...
Base 2020 1SS is $37,000+ I paid $33,300 plus TT and L came to $35,300 for a LT1 sticker was $36,300.
Looks like LHM owns every damn car lot in the area LOL
I'm the car owner right now 😂❤️
Should’ve reviewed the six speed manual that’s the one that’s going to go up in value. Why? Because less than 13% of all Camaros are 6 speed manual transmission with a giant V-8 look your not going to be able to get these new in a few years when everything goes electric. And don’t give me that crap that the automatic is 2/10 of a second faster on the track you’re not going to track this car. Get the manual 6 speed. It’s more fun. With an automatic it drives you with a manual you drive the car.
😉I believe its worth the price 🔥🔥🔥
I want this one
This is awesome.
I agree with FChen17213. If you're going to spend that much money with extra options, just go for the SS.
Yeah that Magnetic Ride Control alone is worth it.
I paid$44,400 for a 1SS1LE 2021
This is basically a basic looking Camaro SS 🔥 bet people gone be like “nice V6 Camaro” then I take off on them
I lease my 2022 Lt1 for 320$ with 4000$ down
It’s Camaro LT1, not Camaro SS LT1. FYI
I think that’s a redline package
Nah I got 1 they made this extra affordable
for the price of 43k of this one, i would just go with a SS
no it’s not. Its a crazy price! In my country it costs 50k$ which is insane, compared to the mustang. This is no way near cheap and affordable for youngsters who want to have fun
Is anything these days actually affordable?
I got one
I get 19 mpg combined with my manual LT1.
Wait what, this is a 2022 ? Why does the interior look so outdated lol
16 is so low 🙄
Dear
followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who
buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into
the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service,
the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a
malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help
will come faster. GM is a very dangerous company, be careful and keep
your money safe.!!!Share so more people don't get screwed.GM is a big bluf
Too bad it has the automatic trans. No respect. Shoulda reviewed the 6-speed manual. Those are the ones that will go up in value.
Manuals are much slower and there is no resale market for a slower car bud…..they don’t make as many for a reason and they absolutely will not appreciate in value vs the A10
That is a redline.
The key is leasing
my ss was cheaper
Another one Ben 🤣😭😡
This or 2021 Bentley continental GT W12
Lololololol the trucks are more comfortable
Great car TOO BAD ITS AN AUTOMATIC. Weak.
The front looks like a person with no teeth smiling.
Not cool at all. The 2017-2019 is sporty.
The car is in Iraq now
