  • We had a very impactful second day at #LDC5 today. EAA founder and chairperson, HH Sheikha Moza met with HE Sheikh Hasina Wazed, Prime Minister of Bangladesh. They discussed access to education, such as EAA projects in Bangladesh and partnering with Silatech to create youth employment and training opportunities.
EAA and UNESCO bought together ministers, global directors, and youth to discuss inclusive education for all, including gender inclusivity and ensuring displaced children and young people can continue education, including those affected by recent natural disasters 👧🏽👦🏻
Conversations like these are key to fostering innovative solutions to protect and ensure access to education around the world 🌍
We also continued to invite visitors to our booth, where we discussed our projects and had the chance to educate about our ongoing projects in LDCs around the world.
It was an honour to be visited by HE Fatima Rabbab, High Representative for the UN who spoke with EAA staff and youth advocates about the importance of achieving the SDGs, giving young people the chance to speak about such important topics with high-level representatives is crucial for making change happen 💬
