Hey Karl, long time listener first time caller here. It's only the older generations here in America that are puritanical little babies about sex. We actually had a Republican Congressman say that women's breasts were not meant to be seen by children (let that marinate a moment), and his deplorable followers agreed with him. Unfortunately, those old bastards are the ones currently in charge, but Mother Nature will ensure that they won't be much longer. Please keep up the excellent work, as you three are part of my favorite time of day, when i get to smoke and relax. Good luck to y'all.

There's a ps1 game that I had never heard of, ended on a cliffhanger, and as far as I know, never got a sequel. It was called uprising x, a first person future tank/tower defense game? You literally travel the map, fight different vehicles/soldiers, gain new ammo types to fight back, and set up towers with factory type things that allow you to spawn additional forces to help you, and you can control the tower remotely. Game was fun.
you should talk about how in movies all getting stabbed in the same place. The Abdominal External Oblique. a place where its sereous enough to need treatment but also treatable with like stitches or in the case of rambo gunpowder
That wu tang game was called Shaolin Style in the US and either the PS1 disc doubled as an album or there was a second disc with the soundtrack/album on it. There were like 2 good songs on it, one or both of them featured the legendary Inspectah Deck and were very good, and another was a pretty solid Method Man track. A lot of the rest of it featured a bunch of Masta Killa (who did not have the chops to be a rapper) and the wu tang clan adjacent, psuedo-member Killa Priest. My friend who owned the game had beaten the final boss with every playable character in the game. I couldn't beat the final boss with anyone. GZA was the easiest for me to play as, with his liquid swordz. but Ol' Dirty was a ton of fun to play as with his drunken boxing fighting style.
@@MrBrothasky Yeah, they could use a lot more work, but were so fun. My cousin and I would pick the guys with the deadly throwing weapons, and round one was always a "who can throw faster?"
@@somejerkbag Square has been tapping older games for a remaster. I mean, we're getting a Mario RPG remaster. So why not? Make a remaster or just flat out make 3 with the same mechanics.
Have y'all ever covered the mid 90s mortal Kombat style fighting game Shaq-Fu?? If not I'd love to see a video with you all discussing the history and game play behind it. My buddies and I loved that game growing up lol
I don't care what his hadouken move is called. That's a shaquriken. It's a shuriken, it's Shaq fucking Diesel, it's a shaquriken. He done got that Shaq-flip kick on fire! Shaq-Fu is just better than Rise of the Robots! It's just, only just, that good!
@@cooldaddyjames2814 my human, if it's the best em up then that's the sequel. The OG fighting game is far, far, far less good. Yet it's also one of the greatest things ever
Medal of honour frontline on the ps2 the controls you looked around with the l and r 1 and 2 buttons and then shoot with like x or o if I recall despite ps2 having 2 analog sticks
Yeah, the 2K basketball game was a clear indicator that a scholarship can go a very long way to skipping some scholastic lynchpin that everyone else gets.
how could i forgot about the Die Hard game i was lucky enough to have the original GTA on PC, someone in school had a copy of Die Hard, so we swapped games for a week or two one of the better swaps i ever did
The funniest thing ever remember happening about games rated M was that my best friend's mom walk down to the local GameStop and yelled at them for not letting her son buy a rated M game. Nevermind he was maybe twelve at the time
Old games when shit was experimental, I remember reviews for the Alien Resurrection game on Ps1, it was criticized for “confounding” controls that didn’t make any sense. The controls were: left stick, move forward back and side to side, the right stick, look up, down and left to right. This confused reviewers back in the day.

I love how Karl's character trailer has 7 times the views of everyone else's 😂

I still have this game in my “random box of cd shaped games/movies” it was fun

The second Def Jam was my favorite. Nothing was better than kicking 3 friends butts with a created character.

If moral 😇 panic made sense, it would neither be moral 😇 nor a panic.
Best PS1 game in the world, masta killa was also my favourite character, completed this game so many times, getting the chambers was such a sick idea
Siphon filter 2 has one of the coolest final boss missions
That the one where you shoot the guy into the chopper blade?

I loved playing Bushido Blade 1 & 2. They're great fighting games where even low skill players can do great. That and Tai Fu Enter the Tiger.
I was about to mention the Bushido Blade games. They didn't get the credit that they deserved.

Yes! Bushido blade! Thay game needs a remaster

Love the Voss bottle. It's an extremely expensive bottle of tap water.

LMAO jesus, I'd forgotten all about that monstrosity.
I believe they either did a video or ended up talking about it on the podcast around when they did the remake several years ago

I LOVED the "Legacy of Kain" games on the PS1.
I don't care how many times you talk about this game, I still love it 😁
I liked the game “Loaded” which was a twin stick shooter where you play as one of a couple criminally insane convicts trying to escape from prison
I think i remember exploding teddy bears or something along those lines 🤣
Sound track for that game was awesome
As an old head I love these looks back at the history of games, so we can see the various foundational advancements.
These zoom-ins on Karls face are everything

I can’t believe that the infamous Dion Waiters clip made it into a fact fiend video😭😭
I loved this game back in the day, it was surprisingly fun and sometimes tough.
I remember a first person shooter, where you play through the full movie of Die Hard
Die Hard Trilogy was 1/3 third person shooter, 1/3 on rails shooter, 1/3 crazy taxi wannabe. Each of the movies being one of the three parts.
I think that one was a GameCube Die Hard game.
Yesss, been waiting for this video for so long!??
Very cool, thank you! 💝

Wu Tang is crazy and they are total nerds, in the best way of course
Thrill Kill was the reason I bought a PS1 Multitap. Multilayer was hilarious fun...
The weeks werewolf is just an angry Scooby
I miss playing unholy wars or vigilante 8. Those were amazing to play
Vigilante 8 was awesome
Tbf i think they were on the ost for the new TMNT game or at least some of the memberes were
Given the story of Crash Bandicoot on PS1, you should do a story about "Mel, a Real Programmer"
Spyro was my first games my mom bought me the pack of them as a kid
Damn I never knew that was a reskinned thrill kill
I miss the google images on the green screen :(
The Spyro games for PS1 might be good but the best game with Spyro is Skylanders Swap Force or Trap Team.

Fact find warhammer ock, 40 or fantasy I don’t care love the video and love you guys ❤️
I 100% support this idea.
Yeah never played gta before I was 18 😂
I own this game and it's the only reason I own a ps1
