You might want to think about wireless temperature sensors. We would put a minimum of four in each room and use a laptop to live monitor those sensors during the heat treatment.
What brand of thermometers are you using that allow you to live monitor from a laptop?
Also how are you NOT taking the drawers out of all the furniture and opening the doors to that armoire? I don't care how hot the ambient temperature is there are going to be cold pockets in the dresser and armoire!
How can i get part 1 and 2? I checked your videos, could find them!

once i get temp set can i just mount a thermometer on the wall to read temp?

How in the heck are you only treating one room and expecting it to be effective? If they have bed bugs they are going to be in EVERY room where people spend time. When I was doing heat treatments we heated EVERY room in the house.
You need a minimum of 125 degrees in order to kill the eggs.
