Cool "Deejays Hanging Out" video! ...I do have to disagree with what you all said about Table Top Facades. I actually prefer them to large facades. #1 - They clean up the Set up. #2 - you can still shine bar lights through the White Lycra or Plexi Glass ones. #3 - Table Top Facades DO NOT LOOK LIKE CUBICLES. #4 - A Table Top Facade still gives off the perception that you are willing to entertain guest requests (Large Facade - Creates a barrier...Kinda like a wall designed to keep people away). #5 - Table Top Facades are more portable and take up less space in your vehicle. #6 - NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE FACADE EXCEPT OTHER DJS ANYWAY

If you do another of these videos having a price range of what charge for that particular event setup would helpful. I seen some awesome setups then find out they will never make any money DJing do to have two much invested in equipment and setup.

Dj Mike Sanchez is 100% correct, but that day we didn’t even bother fighting we just went with it.
I dont believe you've done one, but if not, should do a video on Portable Line Array systems. I.e Eon One, Evolve50, L1, etc. Seeing them alot more nowadays. Usually coupled with an extra sub for larger venues. I personally have the Eon Ones and the clarity and quality is incredible for the size.

You guys are really harsh on these set ups. First off,if you even have a set up, good for you. Second, it's not the equipment,but how you use it. Third, a wedding is all about the couple. Forth, you should know what it's like to struggle. Having a clean set up is one thing, but high end stuff is just stuff. Hearing you say that you don't like small parties,or gotta have the biggest and best stuff..is kinda arrogant. "I don't know how I feel about that" Just sayin'.
Gene, one of the 5s was a small setup. They like most of us appreciate good sounding gear. They wouldn't like the gear I have today ..prob,but hey just take what you can use from the video and improve what you can.

Just wondering why everyone is covering up their setups... I'm a proud DJ who gladly let people see what I do, and I don't want the interested ones climbing in behind me. Of course, I'm old in the game and has nice gear, but you should always be proud of what you have, and what you can do with it. I'm really not liking the setups where there's a computer high in the middle where the Dj's head supposedly will be... That's the one thing that can be hidden so the DJ can see, and be seen. Why no comments about that?

Most powered speakers are multi-purpose and have angles for use as monitors and fly points to use as arrays when crossed over. That guy sells speakers and I don't know why he said that. It would be like saying oh look at those fake monitors..

I guess thanks for the criticism on my setup. That was taken at a FREE benefit......... so I wasn't going to utilize my WHOLE TRUSS! Also, I am a one man show, and there is no need for screens and all the happy jazz. No you guys aren't being asses..... I think it's a funny video because everyone has an opinion lol.

When speakers are high up, you loose bass, i'll rather have them on the floor..........
The floor is for you Bass Speakers. Speakers should be above the crowds head. 1. So your not making people in front of the speakers deaf 2. So that the people in the middle and rear of dance floor can hear the vocals, because if they are on the ground everyone in front will block the highs and vocals from reaching the middle and the back. Just place your speakers on stands and raise them just above your head. This way they will be above the dancers head and everyone will hear the sound. keep em dancing!
