Very nice overview of the housing situation in N. las Vegas, which is often overlooked. We live in Del Webb North Ranch and love it. Everything is so convenient and it's only 15 minutes to the Strip. The northern part of N. las Vegas is booming and has some of the best views of the Strip, the Sheep Mountains, and the Spring Mountains. Can't wait for the new Station Casino to be located at the 215 and Losee!
Wow, it’s seems that builders are cutting some corners and asking for a higher price in their newest homes. I see they’re getting away with the private toilet room and the tub/shower combo in the master bathroom. They are also cutting in the kitchen area with smaller pantry space or none at all, also in the kitchen they’re not installing the double oven in the wall.
Builders are definitely getting creative with space to maximize every square foot possible. Specific home features also vary depending on trends and what customers are looking for. For example, a shower/tub combo in the primary bathroom is not in very high demand right now. If it is for you, I can definitely find options for you.
What I’m seeing with the newer construction homes that they all look like you’re purchasing a box shape home. Who or what is getting pay to design this ugly shape houses. There’s no wow look at that home, it’s more like ,what! When buying a new construction home you should be able to admire the look and feel like you’re really home and feel comfortable and relaxed when you walk into this brand new home, and say wow now I’m home.
