Hi guy's, love to see your Nightwish reactions. I think Jukka was ok here, it was End Of An Era where he was said to be sick. Floor really took this song to another level also with the crowd and Marco is enjoying it.
You gotta stop using dig-o-meters that only go to 10. Get one that goes to at least 100. 🤣
Anette's version is excellent, IMO one of her best songs. But ,Floor is Floor, adds her own touches and makes the song her own. And the way she gets the crowd going, you see Tuomas just putting his hands on his head. lol. Love the little vocal bits Marko puts in the live version. 🤘🤘

Just makes you feel happy to watch them,Nightwish Wacken 2013 is like a "feel good movie"ain't it? Makes me a little nostalgic to the late 70's and 80's that i was working as a light and sound engineer and saw a lot of live music and very hard work,but happy period in my live. Especialy Floor always gives me good vibes,she really is special.❤🤘

Unfortunately, I do not know the planned date of birth. But she is still pregnant and has finished recording the new Nightwish album.
Don´t think she has recorded anything on the new album yet. She is home resting while the other guys are recording the music so she can record her vocals when she is ready. According to Kai they have only recorded 7 or 8 songs up until now. So it´s a looooooong way to go
@@ANDZIGCREAM Floor is a workaholic. I don't think she's home, even if she wasn't seen in the photos. Working in the studio is a bit different than traveling across half of Europe and being on stage on time.
@@Mischnikvideos i highly doubt that. No reason for her to be there when they record music and not vocals. And considering that they canceled the last show due to her condition I have a hard time believing she's in Finland instead of home with her family so close to her delivery
@@ANDZIGCREAM I would agree with you about Tarja and Anette. But Floor is not only a singer, but also a songwriter. Tuomas described how he presented the current demos in the hotel room and immediately gave Floor suggestions for the other musicians to implement. Floor has never focused on vocals in her bands and side projects. That's why she will be there. Finland also has good hospitals.

Hard to believe this was ten years ago, back when Nightwish was a metal band before their transition to an Irish folk band. Kai is an awesome drummer, but I still prefer Jukka attacking the music like a Viking berserker, and the departure of Marko was something I am not sure they can recover from. Hopefully their next album will be a return to metal. Been listening to a lot of older music lately, Blind Guardian, Iron Savior, Battlelore, Amorphis. Stay safe, God Bless, keep rocking.

Well all bands evolves and the two latest albums are fantastic. So Irish folkband is far from it in my opinion
@@fredriknilsson6042 that’s your personal opinion, mine is that the last two albums were not good at all especially the last one.

"Evolution" is an excuse that's always brought up when a band is arguably going to shit. The state of Nightwish as of 2023 is remarkably similar to that of Dream Theater - a once great band that's been on a steady decline for two decades now. Interestingly, in both bands the lyrics and vocal lines are written by a person who himself can't sing for shit, resulting in them being both challenging for the singer and less-than-impressive for the listener.
Music-wise, H:N can be directly compared to "The Ass-tonishing": an album old fans hate, new fans love, and there is also plenty of obsessive fans who just accept anything their favourite band does without any criticism whatsoever. Personally, I could listen to one song from this album: Endlessness. Nice doom metal song, although no Candlemass of course. And it barely features Floor at all, which speaks volumes. Nothing against her btw, quite the opposite: making an exceptionally good singer adapt to the ridiculous meter and to the soft, mellow, powerless music that doesn't suit her voice, her style and her personality at all doesn't sound like a good idea to me, but well... Who am I to question the modern incarnation of Wolfgang Amadeus?
@@fredriknilsson6042 All fine if you are a fan of folk music, but for those of us who like metal there is very little of it in Nightwish now. But music is very subjective; I doubt you would enjoy the music I listen to but that is OK. You might enjoy Kalevala (Russian folk metal, sorry no shrill tin whistles though). Enjoy your day.
