I’ve found light weight fillers like One Fill are more reflective and when painted with silk stand out. I like silk, but you need perfect walls or it’ll show everything.
Just use acrylic durable matt instead of silk you can wipe that without the paint coming off the walls
Where the info on how you did a second coat? and doing multiple walls with silk no mention of when you cut in.. the big roller can pulls it off the walls.. And filling over silk how do paint over the filler without it flashing? Loads of information novice painters aren't aware of all these things that happened while using silk/vinyl silk

I've always just used a brush with vinyl silk hate the stuff much prefer a class 1 acrylic matt many times tougher.
you cant touch up vinyl, after filling, you have to paint the whole wall again... and you have to do one wall at a time, its a furking nightmare////AVOID
