What about last year's hockey? Boston's gonna win the Stanley Cup obviously.. Something like 71 wins and 11 losses in the regular season? They ended up losing rd #1 of playoffs, against Toronto, who seemed to be jinxed out of winning rd 1 for a long time.. If there's a HUGE skill discrepancy? Most of the time the better person or team will win but.. What about Jake and Tyson? Jake's got a lot of fans, brave enough to box to put on a show for said fans, big guy, probably got good brains and money? Hire a good coach, figure out a strategy to beat Tyson.. Now, for Tyson? He's done all this many times, not scared of being punched, trains very hard, takes boxing seriously and even if his power is only at 50%? Those punches should hurt Jake.. As for a prediction? I say Tyson will win in rd 4-7 maybe but the actual event could be vastly different.. Just saying.. With strange matchups like these? Is there even a precedent to give any sorta idea about who would win? We'll see but.. GO TYSON!! :D

Very well said - finally I hear a legitimate analysis of this upcoming circus show starring Jake Paul, the King of the Snowflake generation. Rocky Balboa vs Thunderlips was more believable. I just hope with all my heart that Tyson is more interested in upholding the legitimacy of real boxing (in which case they'll be picking up pieces of Paul's beard for weeks) and doesn't do just enough to make a sequel seem interesting.
I am 53, and I think Mike will be just fine. If he were 58 and trying boxing for the first time, he would be in trouble but his body has been conditioned to fight for a lifetime and he is in as good of shape as a man can be at that age. He has access to cutting edge sports medicine. It will be a good fight.
Man back in the 80's and 90's, Mike Tyson could make you shiver through the tv 2000 miles away. Mike was/is the baddest man on the planet! He was a freakin' giant killer! Give props to Jake, if he loses this fight he really loses nothing and if by some fluke (like the Douglas fight) Tyson loses, he loses nothing either, hell he's my age. Now Tysons issue is going to be blood pressure, he needs it over pretty quick so he doesn't stroke .

I think if mike comes out with that speed and power he has shown in training it could be all over in the first couple of rounds.
