I get teased by my sister over this topic! People used to call people crazy over the topic of UFO’s and aliens. 70 years later, the government comes out with evidence they’ve hidden. Yet, people that were considered crazy aren’t talked about! I find it eye opening how the majority only agree with what society or the government currently supports. People are afraid to challenge ideas or even be open minded. It’s sad to me!

Im a 5'2" female, went camping alone in the George Washington National Forest for a few days. It was raining so i slept in the back seat of my jeep, soft top. Around 3am something brushed against the back drivers corner of the jeep & rocked me almost out of the seat. My jeep had an extra 4" suspension lift so whatever brushed against it was tall. I had no weapon of any kind. I knew nothing of Bigfoot at the time but now I wonder, maybe??

No one shares all the laughter and memories that you and the guys share with him. I know you felt blessed and thankful to have had the time you did with all the fishing and camping trips you guys shared through the years. I used to hike, camp alone for days, and fish all night until an encounter with two UFOs in 1999. I`m 59 years old and scared to go anywhere alone now. I`m not very afraid of bears, big cats, coyotes or even snakes but the UFOs messed me up. I had nearly 7 hours missing that night. I had 3 coyotes come into my camp and try to steal my chicken roasting over the coals of the fire. They didn`t see me laying there right beside it. I jumped up hollering and waving my blanket and scared them senseless! Ha!

I’m from Kinderhook, NY and Columbia County had a family of three Bigfoots in the area in 1980. My grandmother and brother saw one of them and I heard the whoop and guttural noises as it was right by my grandparents’ house one night. The neighbors heard and saw them also including a multimillionaire and his wife. My uncle saw them in his garden one night. People were afraid to talk about it to too many people. My grandmother kept saying every time she saw them around her house she heard an owl. I just found out from you that they make owl sounds also.

Two stories and a campout, wow all are a big bonus, thank you Chris. Have a safe travel to Wyoming, once again sorry for the loss of your buddy, and for his family my condolences go out to his family. It's hard, cause right around the time you mentioned the loss of your friend, my brother passed away about a one before and we had a service for three family members all at once. For my late mom, who passed away last October, and for the oldest and eldest brother who passed away in 2016, we laid all three to rest mid April, right around the time you sadly announced your friends passing. Take care.

I have heard alot of this on Steve Isdahl's channel on UA-cam.
Sasquatch beings don't want human beings in their areas.
Nobody laughs at people recounting these experiences on Steve Isdahl's channel and I'm not laughing; these Sasquatch beings are nothing to mess with. I believe that they may be related to the Nephilim from the Bible.

The Book of Enoch in chapter 15 says the spirits of the giants would roam the earth until judgement. It says they would be evil spirits. The paranormal stuff that is associated with them is evidence they are not flesh and blood, at least not all the time.

Reminds me of Whitehall NY back in 1976 along the Abair rd, more than one person saw it over a period of time. And as late as 82. Remember the hockomock swamp in Massachusetts, the Bridgewater triangle as well. Myself and officer walker out back of lake nipinitic along a stretch of dirt road right thru that swamp, something lifted the patrol cars rear end off the ground then took off in the swamp. This was back when things were more rural than now. 70s-80s. There were a lot of sightings back then in that time period. Not to worried about Bigfoot but do carry my S&W model 29 4" 44 when I am out in the wilds so to speak. More concerned with crazy people than Bigfoot. Spent the better part of my life outdoors in the woods and have seen some interesting things and heard them also. Thanks for another interesting story, some of them kinda bring back memory's. 😊

Very scary situation for that poor couple. That door handle getting turned and rattled would have been it for me. Living in NY, I looked up the town on google maps. I like to get a feel for the location. This state is huge so I’m thinking this is up by Canada, far from our home. Turns out, It’s about 45 mins away. Great. You can just rock me to sleep tonight. Not leaving any treats, ice cream, or pop for any outdoor visitors. Go somewhere else! The neighbors might have something.
    Thanks for the great story!

When i was in my late 20s,early 30s, after i got out of the Army, i used to backpack up in the Desolation Wilderness area! The little ponds up there were just crystal clear. Only unusual 'noise ' was one time, late at night, hearing what i think was a mountain lion growl near us. Thankfully, there were no issues, and it moved on.
Safe travels and thinking of you as you go to pay your respects to your friend. Life is precious. KH
