Wow, over 3 hours long. I am so very impressed with this sermon. The one thing that got me is when you talk about faith in another sermon. If you have faith, then your life should be changed. Well, because of you my life has been changed. Because faith is all about believing in what JESUS said and GOD has written. Know who are FATHER is and know who our LORD and SAVIOUR is. For we are no longer of this world but ambassadors for the kingdom of Heaven. May GOD bless you all. Amen, in JESUS name.

Man this sermon is heavenly FIRE! I love it, talk about explaining it in detail. I love when pastors EXPLAIN the details and why they matter. My biggest hurdle when deciding to become a Christian was I wanted to follow a God that I knew intimately. Not just be told to follow him out of just discipline. How can you FULLY love your God if you don’t understand him intimately?

According to the introduction, I have to agree that there's no reason to expect Yeshua to have to walk through the door, or through the mountain where the tomb was hewn out of. He was transformed into the resurrection body when He was resurrected, which is a transdimentional body. He appeared wherever He wanted to appear instantly, and we will have that type of body when we are resurrected.
Seriously though, reading (Luke 24:41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, have ye here any meat?) from the KJB I don't find it hard to understand what it says even though I don't speak Greek. My trusty King James Bible has gotten me through 51 years worth of Bible reading and studying without needing to see a single Greek word to understand. I have on rare occasions needed to see it in modern English to help me sort out some of the old English expressions, but that was never on any doctrinal point, just to fill in a colloquial expression of a passage. However, I do agree that the NLT does a horrible job with that passage, and many more. I don't need to read versions that add to or diminish from God's word.
Overall I have to say that Allan Nolan is a serious teacher of God's word, and I am indebted to his teaching for the details that he fills in that a cursory reading of the scriptures might have missed.

It’s interesting to think that God spent 6 days to make the entire universe and contrast that to Jesus, the King, took 3 days to rebuild. That’s quite a consideration. Only 6 days to build all of God’s massive creation as opposed to 1/2 that time to rebuild the Son. There’s a full story in that.
Although it is not the true one, it is also very important to know it.😀

It’s interesting when you were talking towards the end about how they sat and watched Jesus eat because it made it real, that reminded me of when God came to speak with Abraham about Sarah, and before what he did to Sodom and Gomorrah, he came and ate with them, showing God in the flesh. 🤔

I believe Jesus could have appeared to his disciples as a mortal man through locked doors , he didn't take on extra supernatural powers , he had them throughout his life .
Most scholars (including christian apologists) believe that Josephus didn't say everything attributed to him in that quote.
Joseph Of Arimathea is a literary invention of Mark, expanded upon in later Gospels.
The name "Arimathea" is assigned to no known location, and in Greek literaly means "Best Disciple Town". The name "Joseph" is a throw back to Joseph the Patriach who, in Genesis 50:4-6 asks Pharaoh for permission to bury Jacob.

The 120 who were filled with the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost ( Acts 2: 1-4) were the first to receive the fulfillment of the prophecy of Joel 2:28 ( See Acts 2:14-18).

Alan, you preached a sermon (99% you did) about the correlation of Jesus entering Jerusalem on 'Palm Sunday' and how the cheif priest entered the city through the sheep gate, and how many sheep were slain with their blood cast upon the alter.... Where is that sermon?

There was no reason for the women to go to the tomb because they wouldn't be able to roll the rock at the entrance to access jesus body without the men.
Its like the author had the women in the story go alone knowing he was going to make the rock move by itself in the story.

1:19:40 You're going to have to modify your explanation about my Father because Jews DO call the Almighty FATHER. In fact they pray to the Father and consider themselves his children and sing Our Father, our King. What they disapprove of was that Jesus claimed to be The Son of the living God.
Don't you think that when the disciples asked how should we pray and He goes into that explanation of be to the point (the Lord's Prayer is a síntesis of what Jews still pray, it's just that they go into this long verbose version) and starts with Our Father ... , if it was so "not done" there wouldn't be a verse with the apostles refusing worried the way many followers left Him when He stated He was the bread of life (John 25: 35) ?
