To match the style of the examples in the video, you could say :
教我中文的老师很聪明。
Here, the modifier 教我中文的 contains the verb 教.
In Chinese, this modifier still appears before the noun 老师.
But in English, it follows the noun as a subordinate clause :
"The teacher who teaches me Chinese is very smart."
