does look crazy indeed! great breakdown
besides the AO being funky on a few things/npc this was pretty close to real life looking.
For me it was the reflections that stood out to me letting me know that it's actual gameplay
1:20 - when he's about to grab the gun with both hands - slow it down there to see how animation of the fingers blends with the pistol :)

You could increase your ScreenPercentage to a value over 100! "r.ScreenPercentage 150"

Cool, Digital Foundry also explained, it's surprising they weren't impressed coz' they say it (not as photorealistic as the amazing 'Unrecord' the first ever photorealistic game) was done with Ride 4 game and the Crysis mod called Extreme Quality Mod.
