@@QFredfons Really? Bianca can be really mean and insulting about other Drag Queens. Funny yes, nice no. Roy drinks a lot off duty. I've often wondered if he's a vicious drunk!
One of the main reasons why Bianca is so successful is just how professional she is. Even when most of us were first exposed to her on season 6, the air of professionalism she had on the show was extremely on point. And it’s continued through the years when it will be hard pressed to find a single bad story about Bianca involving meet and greets, back stage, working with various companies and her tours. She is always praised as how good she is to work with. Most of all, Bianca knows herself that she’s just a ‘man in a wig’ and she’s grateful that’s she’s allowed to do this for a living. Also that heckler video, cutting out the end where she says, “Want me to piss you off more? SELENA’S DEAD!!!!!” is the icing on the cake.
The professionalism is a big factor for sure. I also think, much like Bob and Jinkx, Bianca doesn't NEED drag. Almost everything they do they excel at regardless of the drag, the drag is fun set dressing to make you take notice of the talent, it isn't the talent itself. (Can you imagine any of those three doing a talent show episode and doing a lip sync as their talent? Hell no.) This is not to say that drag being your talent is in any way bad, nothing wrong with being a drag queens drag queen who just does good drag, that's what fans are here to see after all! But when you see someone who's a damn good entertainer who just HAPPENS to also be in drag? BIG difference.
Saw Bianca on tour last year, she ended up roasting a woman in the front row that had a terminal illness (joking about why would she want to see Bianca as her dying wish), and at the end of the show invited her up on stage, gave her a hug and took her backstage. ❤
I totally agree but its also a bit sad. Great comedy comes from great pain and I can see people like her, jinkx monsoon, katya and trixie playing off some awful trauma and now being funny
@@bo2720 that's just art in general. My husband was definitely one of those “straight dad’s at home” laughing along. He’s a Firefighter and is now famous for quoting Bianca to ‘rookies’ while training.
i think what makes Bianca so special is she obviously has the skills and talent to back up any "mean" things she says and she's a professional at it there's not a lot of people who have the full package of common sense, wittiness, and professionalism for her to be a drag queen while doing all that is absolutely amazing
I've seen her last three tours, and they're all hilarious. In Dead Inside, she literally roasted a young woman sitting in the front row with her husband, who was there with the Make a Wish Foundation (she was dying of cancer, and likely would be gone by the end of that week). Bianca just scorched her, and the audience was laughing and also in shock, and Bianca was all "SHE ASKED FOR THIS, THIS IS HER DYING WISH, STFU ..." 😂😂 Bianca even brought her up on stage at the end, and went backstage with her -- it's highly likely that was a first for the Make a Wish Foundation, but at least a nice change from sending someone to Disneyland... this woman chose to go to Disneyland from hell... 😂😂😂❤
An unspoken part about Bianca: she knows where she came from and has gone back to bring some of those people along for the ride. She's brought great talents like Wendy Ho and Sherry Vine to new (global) audiences. I think that says A LOT about her.
I actually got to meet Bianca earlier this year at one of the meet and greets for her comedy tour. She is SO kind. The meet and greet actually took a while because she legitimately had a conversation with each and every person who came to meet her. After a really fun conversation she warned me and my boyfriend (who did get into drag race from watching Bianca Del Rio videos that I showed him 😃) that after the meet and greet she was going to be “a total cunt” after and of course she was and I have never laughed harder at any comedy show before in my life. Best comedy show I’ve ever seen to this day.
My friend and I saw her five years ago in Portland, Maine and she was so funny. When she first stepped onto the stage, she said “Holy shit there’s a ton of white people here!” And the crowd laughed and laughed until the show was over. She even roasted a girl that was on her cell phone during the show-I would absolutely go see her again.

For me what makes Bianca Del Rio special is that she’s so authentically herself no matter what. Even if you don’t like her, she’ll be profession and get the job done. She might throw some shade here and there but that’s why we love her ❤😂
Bianca's stand-up is so good. The way she sets the crowd up, the way nobody is safe, the way she circles back and winds up every joke. It's masterful. Mistressful? No, let's don't give Mistress any ideas.

wit, humour and a great personality is what makes a great comedian that is why Trixie, Katya and Bianca are the reigning queens from the older seasons.
My husband and I saw Bianca in 2017 or 2018 at her one woman show; the show was incredible. We waited outside of the stage door for about 45 mins to see if she would sign a poster we bought from her merchandise stand. When she came out and asked her to sign it, she was so extremely nice; SHE offered to take a picture with us!
Bianca Del Rio is one of a kind, and no drag queen can reach her level in comedy. She’s also smart in everything, whether it’s about her talent, or how to market herself, that’s why she sells out her tours all over the world. And the most important thing is: she works hard, works smart, and truly a professional! That’s why she’s highly admired by everyone, and remains to be the best RPDR Winner, at least for me!
I believe that she's so successful because she already had a lot of experience before RPDR so she had already built her drag persona and she has remained authentic. She knows who her audience is and doesn't try to cater to everyone. Plus, she's incredibly kind to her fans.
I haven't heard a single bad story about Bianca, which is practically unheard of for someone with that big of a following. (Even Katya has been caught on an off day before!)
I started watching Bianca because of the Pit Stop! She’s my favorite winner. I always thought she was super cocky, but she really is THAT queen! I’m so glad she’s still thriving!
My favourite thing about Bianca is her honesty and her ability to use comedy as a skill to not only entertain but communicate. I love how she goes from reading to genuinely being a guiding mentor to the girls, she's kind but she will stand up for herself.

Thank you for this wonderful video on Roy/Bianca! Having known and worked with Roy in several New Orleans theaters on numerous productions together, and watching him grow up and his talents became more and more amazing over the years, it was little surprise that his talents would bring him so much acclaim. To say I'm proud of him is an understatement. However, I have to point out that the photo you use several times claiming he's with Becky Allen, the other person is actually the amazingly talented Ricky Graham. (Around the 3:50 mark) Author, lyricist and performer extraordinaire. (And Becky Allen's performing partner for decades.) You do have a photo with Becky in the video along the way at around 4:55, but I just wanted to point the Ricky/Becky confusion. As we watched your video last night we gasped and laughed out loud at the mention of Becky when Ricky was in the photos. Still, a beautiful video and I thank you so very much for it. Roy/Bianca was and always shall be a loving force of nature.
I've had the opportunity to meet so many of the RuGirls and hands down, Bianca del Río is THE QUEEN. I always do the meet and greets for her shows, and I have been to all of her tours. She is charismatic, super down to earth and you can tell she is thankful and greatful to her audience. And, she is extremely funny and unapologetic of her comedy. It speaks a lot that Joan Rivers absolutely loved her when she had her at her show. All of her flowers and successes are beyond deserved!
Bianca Del Rio is the only name I remember winning drag race US, I couldn't recall any others, which says she's the best one ever. She's just effing brilliant at what she does and with lightning wit and a voice to go with it. Unique.
During the Drag Race season 15 hype of Sasha Colby being "your favorite drag queen's favorite drag queen", I had a dream one night. I went backstage to my favorite drag queen's show and asked Bianca who her favorite drag queen actually was and she responded, "Me of course". It was so funny and realistic as though it really took place. Yes, Bianca lives rent free in my head and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I’ve also met B in and out of drag, and she is just the sweetest soul! Went to her latest tour last month, and putting the show aside, she gives her all in meet and Greets. Two hours plus on her feet meeting everyone, then doing a show! She truly loves her fans dearly, and it shows every time, her energy towards people never changes. I’ve met her maybe 12 times? If not more and she’s been amazing, every single time!
I fell in love with Bianca's wit, stayed for her kindness to Adore. I relate to Adore's creative mess, and it was lovely to see the connection and care they shared on their season. I'll always have a warm place in my heart for Bianca Del Rio for that.
@@bo2720 wdym, there were so many different pics of so many different ages, don't get weird, when someone is as old as Bianca (no shade) aLot of years can be considered 'young Bianca's ffs😵💫✌️

I knew about the Rupaul's Drag Race but never watched it. In 2018, I was on the business trip in Netherlnads and they were having reruns of the show on their MTV. Happens to be rerun of the season 6, maybe 3rd or 4th episode. Since I have no idea what are the rules of the competition, I'm just watching Bianca and the rest of the cast doing their thing and I will never forget what was going through my mind: ok, so there is this one queen who is the best, and the rest have the task to learn from her. Honest to God, those were my thoughts and I think they only speak to Bianca's talent and the impact she has on the audience. From that momet I was hooked. Watched all the seasons prior and after season 6 and, needles to say, became and stayed huge Bianca's fan.
I loved you video but I wish her run in Everybody's talking about Jamie in the West End was mentioned- I think it was truly amazing to see a Ru girl breaking the barrier, even though more followed.
Bianca/Roy's authenticity is their biggest asset. It's not an act, this is who Bianca is, and she doesn't hide that. That is really likable. Also, it was said in her season, she makes fun of herself first, so then you almost want her to come for you, because 1) it feels safe and 2) it's funny af. I hope one day to get to see her standup, cause I'm sure Bianca would have me in tears.
She’s been my favorite since I first watched RPDR! She was my first season! I love her so much. Came across her on UA-cam then watched her season and fell deeply in love.
GreenGay-"…I just sort of assumed that from the moment Bianca was born, she already had the voice of a 37-year-old man in a wig." 😂 Well girl, I’m 38, so… let’s not go there.. ☠️ 🤣 🤣 Jk. But if I recall, Bianca was already 37 or 38 on her season of Drag Race, in 2014. So… mama's pushin' 50 by now. Yet she looks the same!! 💅💋
Do yourself a favor and watch that interview with Joan Rivers, it might be the only time Bianca has ever been starstruck in her entire life. I think its here on youtube, it was a strange little show called "in Bed with Joan" and all the interviews literally take place in the bed😭the whole series is a fever dream ❤️
I bloody love Bianca! She is such a genuine soul. So much respect for her! Even managed to see her multiple times before in the West end in London in everyone’s talking about Jamie! Her talent has no ends! ❤
I saw Bianca here in Buenos Aires on 2022, it was such a good show, I couldn't stop laughing. She's a true professional and I thought a genuinely likable person. I think both things have contributed in her lasting career. She has always been my favourite 🧡
Omg, since I’ve found your chanel (love it btw), I’ve wanted one about bianca, I love love lover her, and I’m even going to my first of her shows this years in Brazil. Lovely video as always 💜
Bianca is one of my favorite queens. She is funny as hell, coming up with the most cleverest and on point reads/jokes and her looks never disappoint, Bianca is very on point with her fashion. Bianca has definitely broken barriers, proving that being a drag queen is not always about being the fiercest lip sync assassin, it's not always about doing the twirls or the slits or the hair whipping, comedy is talent too. I feel like comedy queens don't get as much credit.
Bianca was the first drag queen i ever came across seeing her movie "Hurricane Bianca" but i got in trouble for watching it as a kid so i didn't get back into drag again till yeeeeears later
Bianca is a stand up comic who happens to do drag. All the other queens at the top are drag queens first who happen to be good at other things. That is the difference.

All of her flowers and successes are beyond deserved!
i was introduced to drag race and drag as a whole during bianca's reign ❤ she endlessly and consistently delivers! loved the video!!
Season 6 was the first season my daughter showed me and i was instantly hooked and Bianca is one of the major reasons why i fell in love with the show
Dear Greengay , I really enjoy your deep dives . You always dot your I's and cross your t's . Good girl , good girl 👧 🎉
Bianca doesn’t have an “expiration date”, I hope she never retires.
Bianca Del Rio is the only name I remember winning drag race US, I couldn't recall any others, which says she's the best one ever. She's just effing brilliant at what she does and with lightning wit and a voice to go with it. Unique.
I dunno. Hurricane Bianca 2 is still floating around on streaming afaik. I'm glad i got to see the first one before it vanished
S6 was my first full DR season, I fell in love with Adore, and Bianca is a top tier winner alongside with Sasha Colby ❤️
Bianca is the reason why I fell in love with drag race 🥹💕
You read my mind. I watched the Bob video and looked on your channel for a Bianca one. You’re the best
Thanks for making this! Still my favorite drag queen. Ever!
Oh I love this! Great job and we honestly need more of a biographical look of queens, instead of their drama.
matt kugelman also helped bianca produce her DR audition video, their partnership is so cute
Bianca Del Rio's hilarious acerbic humor is pure honesty at it's best!
That is her strength for timeless endurance.
I fell in love with Bianca's wit, stayed for her kindness to Adore. I relate to Adore's creative mess, and it was lovely to see the connection and care they shared on their season. I'll always have a warm place in my heart for Bianca Del Rio for that.
Wait, young bianca is kinda... heyyyyy
For REAL🔥
She looks 15 in that pic though 😂 a cute kid but a kid nonetheless
@@bo2720 wdym, there were so many different pics of so many different ages, don't get weird, when someone is as old as Bianca (no shade) aLot of years can be considered 'young Bianca's ffs😵💫✌️
Saw her live this year and she blew me away. She's so captivating and SO sharp it's scary, in the best way. She toes the line a lot but always brings it back
i love how his face has stayed the exact same since childhood
Love your videos!! They’re funny, detailed, and well fucking done 💖💖
as a casual drag queen enjoyer i just wanna say her voice is one of my fave things about her... like girl should get into voice acting or something!
You know what? You’re correct! I can totally see her doing voice acting.
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO AHHHH
Young Bianca is giving plastique.
Why am I not surprised Willam was one of the queens shit talking Bianca backstage?
Willam is a walking contradiction
She’s been my favorite since I first watched RPDR! She was my first season! I love her so much. Came across her on UA-cam then watched her season and fell deeply in love.
An incredible talent. Along with Jinx Bianca is on a whole different level from all the other queens and I include Ru Paul in the other list...
Bianca was the first queen I saw that came and just took the competition. Kind and intelligent, but still snappy.
TEENAGE BIANCA WAS SUCH A SNACK OMG
JUST SUBSCRIBED for highlighting the fierce serve she gave in SF ( my hood) and it was right on! She's a mighty mouse!
GreenGay-"…I just sort of assumed that from the moment Bianca was born, she already had the voice of a 37-year-old man in a wig." 😂
Well girl, I’m 38, so… let’s not go there.. ☠️ 🤣 🤣 Jk. But if I recall, Bianca was already 37 or 38 on her season of Drag Race, in 2014. So… mama's pushin' 50 by now. Yet she looks the same!! 💅💋
When I wanted to do Drag she was the one who inspired me. It was her Skunk Cinderella and Silver Glitter step down look.
Went to one of her comedy shows not too long ago and I hadn’t laughed that hard in a long time. She was phenomenal 🩷💚
That was... fighting for Clown Rights, and.... Daves were wokened...
A woman of great beauty and unmatched humility
I bloody love Bianca! She is such a genuine soul. So much respect for her!
Even managed to see her multiple times before in the West end in London in everyone’s talking about Jamie! Her talent has no ends! ❤
I got to see her live just a couple weeks ago and she was amazing.
It's her wit, humility and sheer kind heart. I've seen 3 of her stand ups and I loved all of them. DEAD INSIDE WAS SO GOOD!!!!
Everyone saying who would take over the drag race franchise when Ru steps down, it should be Bianca hands down
Still my favorite winner. She excels at something that is timeless: comedy. She is just a fun comedian that happens to do drag quite well.
I saw Bianca here in Buenos Aires on 2022, it was such a good show, I couldn't stop laughing. She's a true professional and I thought a genuinely likable person. I think both things have contributed in her lasting career. She has always been my favourite 🧡
Bianca was born to be on stage, she has the IT talent, the X factor, cause she is so natural. And a very smart person clearly
OMG I love that Hurricane Bianca was your first experience with drag ❤
Bianca is a stand up comic who happens to do drag. All the other queens at the top are drag queens first who happen to be good at other things. That is the difference.
BIANCA is the ULTIMATE WINNER!! I LOVE HER.
2:24 'or atleast that's what they thought'💀
