- In this video, I will be going over how it might be possible to escape a springlock failure. William Afton does talk about escaping a springlock failure in the Five Nights At Freddy’s novels so…it’s possible (as is traveling to the future apparently)

technically, not reacting is almost impossible. When your nerves are pierced, your subconscious system gets a signal that your nerves has been destroyed, and it sends a signal to your vocal chords to scream.
Edit: and even if you do keep calm somehow, your blood will drown you and cause more springlocks to activate, like you mentioned in the video.
Actually, it is completely impossible for people who can feel pain. Whoever, people who were born without the ability to feel pain will most likely stay calm.

Wouldn’t it be a lot safer if the suit was in costume mode by default and held in robot mode by the springlocks?

Ao you did get one thing wrong. You see, the reason the springlocks were so easily activated, was because William was using a way worn down spring lock suit. Which means, that if your using a newer, and actually functioning suit, you can move, breath, and have more moisture, than the suit that william uses. I hope this clears more stuff up, so really, just use a newer springlock suit.
He does talk about this at the end of the video.
Imagine daring 2 people to have a sword fight in those springlock suits like they're medieval armour.

They dont happen that easily, as william commited the MCI in a springlock suit, but they will happen if its not propperly maintained

From my knowledge, everyone can survive a Springlock Failure due to the Remnant inside of the suits metal, which you would then be the next Springtrap after long enough.

Looking back, they really should've reversed the mechanisms of the suit, by kreping the machinery at the compressed form as default, and then springlocking it in to use it as an animatronic.
Would have been smart, but when the springlocks were new they had alot of slack you could breath on them, move around alot, do whatever pretty much

Henry wasn’t a brilliant engineer. You could argue he was brilliant at making an agonising mechanism of brutal death, but there was no goal of making it, and it wasn’t that “brilliant”. He was engineer, but that’s it.

if the springlocks were stronger, then the only way to put them back to animatronic mode again is to use enough strength, cuz the springlocks would be impossible to fail.
So my question is this….wouldn’t it make sense to engineer the spring lock suits in reverse? What I mean by this is have the springs hold tension in animatronic mode as opposed to wearable mode, essentially creating a fail safe system. The only way a spring lock failure can occur is if the springs are under tension so it would make more sense to have the springs under tension when unoccupied. I know it’s just a game and just a story but I do have to wonder if it would make a safer spring lock suit.
I mean, I don’t know a lot about robotics engineering, but, the animatronics don’t breathe, and can’t be very hurt, and the animatronic parts snapping into place is normal so they wouldn’t be damaged in-case of a failure, so this would make a lot of sense.
@@prsentsod2314 it would run customer experience, if the workers die thats ok. if a little kids birthday is ruined its terrible.
this all could have been avoided if William realised that a customers experience would be far worse if one of the mascots began ungodly screaming, stopping and blood pouring out from everywhere rather than just "it stopped working"
that's a brilliant idea. unfortunately, this is FNAF. the moment you try applying basic logic, it instantly falls apart. there's nothing stopping springlock suits from being made like that. the only reason springlocks suits work the way they do is because if they didn't, we wouldn't have springtrap. every time we run into logical holes in the franchise we basically have to shrug and say "well that psycho william's designs for you" here's a few examples of what i mean:
the fnaf 1 location being constructed with high strength doors
said doors requiring *power* in order to stay... down?
animatronics being constructed with industrial strength hydraulics instead of air-powered pneumatics, which would be both safer and cheaper.
william afton is a psychotic inventor type. if something doesn't make sense, then we might as well blame him.

If I made a suit like that I would program the locks to go off after exiting the suit
"Program" physical locks to simply not go off until after exiting the suit. Something seems off...
This is a very complicated way to say you cant.
All of these steps involve having pain tolerance training and a very high tolerance by default. As well as the mental ability to control your panic and not flail. Plus being lucky enough for the springlocks to not impact your vocal cords, vital internal organs and your brain.
Big brain step on avoiding springlock failure:
Either don't wear the suit don't get near water or move too much in suit or if your smart enough remove the locks
I mean the suits would be safe if the natural mode was the suit mode because if it was like that a spring lock failure would just make it fall over and it couldn’t kill you

Bro, there was one air partical that was ONE SINGULAR quarter of a quarter of a quarter of a quarter of a quarter of a millimeter water particularly bigger than the other ones and I walked into it and my lungs got peirced and my frontal cortex was ripped out... JESUS CHRIST
IMMPOSIBLE you said any moisture will loosen them but the first spring lock will cause you to bleed which is moisture so the first bloodshed causes alll the other spring locks into you.
Springlocks are used to fit the user inside the suit, it isnt activated when the animatronic isnt on, and mistaken movement will make the locks to slam down which crushed Afton's bones and and skin. And the locks also slit his vocal cords so when he jumpscares you thats why he sounds like that 🤓👆🥸👆

How to have no chances of springlock failures:
1. get the suit off the endo skeleton
2. Wear the suit without the springlocks
The bleeding caused by the head failure would set off all other locks, death is absolute

If i was in a springlock suit getting impaled, I wouldn't want to keep on feeling the pain, I would just hope for it to be quick
Lesson learned, if you find yourself in a suit and have bad lungs just know, your dead.

A solution is to make the wearable to animatronic is so that the suit mode is the default so you have to wind it up for it to have to make it animatronic mode so if there is a spring lock failure it would just fall

When a springlock failures occur, your vocal cords and your nerves are pierced, making you unable to scream, you could drown in your own blood, and it could replace your eyes with endo eyes, and you’d break some bones. That’s what I know.
If it was a new suit it would actually be really hard to activate the spring lock failure because you would have to be walking in a place with a lot of children which could bump you or hug you so it would actually be really hard to activate it
