      I was driving semi at 11 your doing nothing wrong. These people have never had any work ethic installed in them as kids. Not to mention teaching life skills even if they don't use them.

It's a real shame some people can't mind their own business. You're a wonderful father to your children. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

      Thank god I learned a trade in my youth, at 29 when I had to start over it got me paid when I hadn’t touched a pipe or tape measure in 15 years. The older generation knew how to raise kids before the government and Internet raised them.

    My dad taught me to drive a clutch motorcycle at 6, a auto car at 8, a manual 4500 truck at 10, heavy machinery before I can remember. Now I have used that to get jobs running cranes and every kind of truck or machine imaginable. Brought me to some amazing places too. Thanks Dad RIP

    Some people don’t understand cultural differences. I was plowing fields when I was eight. A kids exposure to different things allows them to mature differently than those in different environments. Not the one way is better than another… they are just different. Keep them kiddos engaged and nurture their passion. Way better than some “finding their own way” and ending up in trouble in some shape or form.
    Love the content.

    Teach your children how to make a living. I am proud of you and your family. If more people would teach their kids how to make a living instead of having their hand out wanting something for nothing the welfare lines wouldn’t be needed. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GOD BLESS

    Teaching kids skills and how to use them safely and letting them learn by experience is the best way to keep them safe. My dad encouraged us to work on engines, machinery and drive on private property from an early but appropriate age and we all grew up much better for it. Yes we nipped fingers and skinned our knuckles and knees but we learned so much to apply in later life that made us better people.

    I started driving when I was 11. No body's business!!!! If they don't like it... there is a way to click it off. Man! That irritates me, thanks for what you do! Blessings.
    I grew up in a shop with my dad. He was the mechanic for a Taxi company.. That was a while ago as I'm in my 70's... Cops got excited one day when I was diving a taxi to gas it up but I was on private property. I started washing cars when I was 11, Dad's boss let me gas them up, wash them... it was a hoot. Fostered my love for cars that I have today.

  • @mahatma171
    @mahatma171 2 роки тому

    I was driving on private property when I was 9. I was also working on cars at that age, detailing and washing them before that. I was an experienced mechanic and driver by the time I was 16. I was rebuilding engines, backing up 40 foot trailers by then and shifting manual transmissions with ease in our diesels LOL (we aren’t truckers, just car guys and boaters) There are so many people who don’t know anything skillwise to pass onto their children. I was blessed to have a dad who taught me early. He’s no longer with us, he made the most of every day and didn’t wait until it was too late to show me. And we had fun. Those boys of yours are plenty old enough to learn what you are teaching them, and I commend you for not only teaching them how to work, but passing on your specialized skills and talents to them. And it keeps the family unit together. 💯👌🏾

    Kids that grow up holding the flash light for there Dad's don't get in to as much trouble as the ones that stay in the house on a video game. I never wore a seat belt as a kid, rode in the back window of a 49 Mercury, only helmet I ever wore was on the football field. It's a touché feely world out there and there are a lot of no nothing experts that tell you how to raise your kids. I would not be as kind toward them as you are. Keep doing like you are.

    Wow it's really sad that people are complaining about the kids getting to do fun stuff with their dad and others. It's fun stuff to them but at the same time they're learning skills that will be with them for a life time. I remember when I was a kid mowing 4 acres when I was 5 years old and driving a car when I was 10 (all on my grandparents farm land) but here it's 47 years later and I remember it like yesterday. Some of the best times of my life. Keep doing what your doing with your kids as they will have memories and skills for a lifetime.

    That's bullshit that some people want to cause problems for you ! Your just showing your kids what you have to do to be successful in life. And it's obvious to me they love it and your a great father to those kids ! And least they are working and not in trouble with the law or drugs like a lot of kids are today. Keep up the good work man.

    Don't let the haters get in the way. I started driving around the house at 8yrs old. Driving from the middle seat, on the road at 10. It made me a better driving for life and millions of miles later still my fault accident free.
