I GASPED when you said Mariana Zapata but I get it. She writes the slowest slow burn I've ever read and in some books it's too slow even for me, but other books of hers I absolutely adore.

4:31 the part where the son and daughter got married and shared a half sibling reminds me of when rachel's mom dated miles' dad and then miles and rachel start dating together AFTER they found out both of their parents are seeing each other. ik they met and fell in love before their parents told them but after finding out shouldn't they just see each other as siblings? they even live in the same house for god's sake 😭 that's one of the weirdest thing i read from ugly love beside miles said rachel's name when having sex with tate😭 rachel and miles' relationship were so weird bruh. sorry for the long rant lol
