As someone who owns those two great consoles, I will take the Xbox over the PS most of the time. I love how MICROSOFT keeps all my game saves without punishing me if I don't have the online service. I prefer the ergonomics of the Xbox controller over the PS controller.
I love the colors, accessories, and everything about PS. Although I hate the colors and accessories of Xbox, their service is incredible and you get more for your money with Xbox.
PS 5 wins . This gen I first got a xbox series. But Xbox has last who they are and what made this like the days of the 360. But just Sunday I got a PS 5 and I won't be going back. Now I will be only buying Xbox exclusive on Xbox .

I have the Series X and really like it. I see the PS controller as more of a gimmick. Very few games utilize it. Plus, gamepass is incredible
