Maybe a sea salt spray then use blowdry with a diffuser , you can also crunch your hair with your hands while blowdrying it, at least that's what saw on UA-cam

For a round face shape, a more volume hairstyle works, and if you can go with a volume wolf cut, it will work. To add a volume, you need to have little thick hair

It happens when you grow out, especially the nape hair area. You have to regularly brush it inward direction fro some weeks and it will work bruh
