How are you controlling where it spools? Looks like your rope is going to be all bunched on one side as you can’t see the spooling and control it left and right.
Very cool! What would be the parts&install price (USA dollar) for the light pkg, integrated kit and a supplied 12000 Smittybilt winch on a 2016 Rebel? How far in advance can an appointment be made? Lastly, what is the install time?
I am thinking the next time I am in Washington state, I'd pop over...

Awesome product and install video!!! You'll be seeing an order with my name on it sooner rather than later for my 19 Ram Rebel. . One quick question: is there an option for a roller fairlead?
Great to hear! no room for a roller in there so if you want to run steel wire , they do make a Hawse Style fairlead out of Cast steel that is compatible (like WARN part number 73850) . I tend to recommend the rope over the steel cable as its lighter and safer but both have their own unique applications. I have a couple kits in stock. And you don't cut the frame, you cut a section of bumper sub assembly out
How do I make it for more than straight line winching ?
We have your hidden winch mount for our 2016 that we are about to install and noticed in this video you mention degrees of angle for winch and that your winch kit is only designed for single line pulling. If you where seriously stuck deep and had to run a block with the line back to the truck tow point are you saying that you are recommending not to do this?
Should have said "refer to your winch manual for best winching techniques". They usually state similiar angles that I pulled from the top of my head there. It's a stout mount that many offroad with regularly.

How would a non-wireless winch work? Do you route the control cable through the engine bay into the cab?
Couple options really. What I'd do - hardwire the winch into your cab with a nice winch toggle switch so you can spool it in/out from your drivers seat. Then you can have a the winch controller as your secondary mount - where you could leave it plugged in and stored under the hood.
How much does the mount and a Warn Zeon weigh?
The mount weighs 65 lbs and the Zeon 12-s Platinum weighs in at 87 if i remember correctly.

What happened to the front sensors? Where they relocated or removed completely?
This truck in particular didn't have front parking sensors. We have an option for parking sensors so they stay functional. Unfortunately there's not enough real-estate for our optional light kit and sensors so you have to pick which one benefits you the most ( hint its the lights! )
Will this fit the new harbor freight badlands Apex 12000 winch?
It will! We don't have a clutch relocation kit for that winch, however. We have a sale on Warn EVO 12-s winches right now ( 9$ more than the harbour freight) that ship for free when you buy a mount kit!

yup as long as it doesn't have the Eco-diesel engine. Unfortunately that motor's inter cooler interferes with the mounting system

The winch will fit! Since it has a steel cable (instead of synthetic rope) you'll need a compatable hawse fairlead. WARN part number 73850 will work with our mounting kit well.
