Wow! After reading most of the comments, surprised most are so negative. I've known of this residence since back in the 90's. I took the bus from DTLA to West LA for bout 7 years. Fast forward to find out while back that Abel(The Weeknd) calls it home(while concentrating on career). I'm glad that he did move from that big mansion in HH's, so far out and away from everything. It seemed a lonely place for just him and dogs. I don't think the pool is of much importance. His penthouse IS the entire floor. No neighbors. Private elevator. Amazing views of the LA Country Club. The ocean. DTLA. Mountains. He can look out and see the beautiful greens on the golf course. He made a recording studio there. Mostly, I bellieve he chose this location for being close to industry folk. Remember, he's planning movie projects in the future. So living here, he's able to network. Beverly Hills don't look like much nowadays. The new subway is being built. The huge Barney's boutique is long gone. That area of the Wilshire corridor is nice looking. Lined with high rise residences. He chose the best of the best. I'm glad he's here for the time being.
This is an absolute joke. At THAT price range not having a 360° views even though its a penthouse? No private roof top? NO FREAKING PRIVATE POOL!? Not occupying the entire floor? you have to share walls with neighbors? Are you serious? For 25 freakin MILLION dollars? What are you? Out of your mind? This is barely worth 4 million dollars.

Nice video and interior design is elegant ,impeccable ,very cool modern. Probably top3 luxury condo buildings in all of la. But After Paying 20+mil ,sharing pool n amenities with neighbors . Maybe for some people with deep pocket who doesn't wanna hire private security crews . For security concern penthouse condo life would be good. weeknd !
More private. Great views of the city. Penthouses are incredible! They are more for bachelors, which he is. Only thing is, in my opinion I wouldn’t buy this particular one because it doesn’t include its own private pool, 360 all around windows, and private rooftop. My preferable penthouse needs all 3 of those!
