Sometimes I watch all these vids, be it Tom Brady or BB, I just have to sit back and look at the moment and say to myself, " Will I ever see this again"? All those games are won by talent, so yes, good drafting, trades, in general organizational ability are very important. However in football each and every play is a product of the coach. Almost nothing is freelance at the beginning of each play. The coach, on defense must be familiar with his opposition and adjust to the possibilities and probabilities of his opponents next move. IMHO there is no sport that I'm aware of in which a coach is more important to the outcome of a game. Perhaps that's the difference between a coach and a manager.
