He's really cognizant of the details. Like when he's talking to that D lineman about the situation of the offense being on the 1 yard line. That's why his teams are so disciplined, because he drills them on understanding the situation and the details.
You can tell from his answer, that lineman didn't get it at first.

He used that in SB 49 after Butler’s int on the 1 yd. Hightower wanted Butler in the end zone for the touchback and almost knocked it out.

I sure hope so, I really do, but my default belief is that these guys who are legendarily hardworking were basically not around their families that much. How could they be? Really? Maybe he takes some time off after the season to chill but obviously he is usually there late into the post season so his offseasons are usually shorter than most guys, and I can't imagine he really gets away from the game for long. You can tell he is passionate and is probably always itching to get back into his office. Not saying he isn't a good dad but it is interesting that he now has two sons on his coaching staff. Attention to detail during preparation so that when situations come up, you’ve already thought of them and can just do your job. That slow rolling onside kick the Cowboys recovered against Atlanta? Never happening against a Patriots team.
