We took a break from van life to enjoy a few days in a warm place before continuing with our adventures in the nordic wilderness.
My name is Eugenia and I embarked on the journey to turn our abandoned land into a green haven, building my own cabin, living off grid and becoming as self-sufficient as I possible can :) I live now in a self built cabin and everything is running offgrid. The goal for the year was to create a place more in balance with planet earth, to grow my own food and live a more self sufficient life 💛🌱🌸

I've been chilling to more of your videos lately and I keep noticing you make beautiful breads with buckwheat and other flours. I love this. I myself am not gluten intolerant, nor do I eat a ton of bread but am still fascinated with alternative flours. I am starting a farm back in my home state of Alabama and will be utilizing a lot of cover crops such as buckwheat. It grows like mad here in Southern U.S. and I would like to make enough flour and grain just for home use. Anyway, beautiful video work again and I totally dig the music choices.

I have made whole grain vegan banana bread with just flour from rye and buckwheat and no sweetener except banana. cheers.
The left over powder ash in the fire fireplace is perfect with wet newspaper to clean the inside glass of the fireplace.

wow this is a beautiful, minimalist architectural well designed home [please stop calling it a cabin - i am from the alps, so let me tell you: a cabin is a very crude place with bad isolation, mostly no electricity, no canalization and no running water at all! ]

Love the cabins. Looked like a wonderful place to rest. My partner is in Finland at the moment and loving it. Instead of cornstarch because it’s gmo toxic , use arrowroot powder. It does the same thing but healthy. ❤️
