Bought it for my (German model) c-class (the ADS-BZ3), but its not working. Everything seems to be wired correctly but if I press 3x lock car ignition comes on, some random errors on the instrument cluster appear and there are only relay ticking noises from the starter. Its not cranking at all. Sometimes even the displays are flackering or the speedometer resets itself. Looks to some grounding failure to me? It worked for one time after the inital install.. after that.. nothing. Already reset it and flashed again using Weblink.
Hello. Ive tried a few other scanners for my MB like the I Car soft… and been encouraged to get the very expensive system that most of Theo understand. What do you like about this particular system? MAIN FEATURES YOU USE IT FOR? CAN IT RE PROGRAM THINGS? Pay good $ at some places to add Hors Power, reprogramming the end or adding a separate product to add the HP and torque. Thanks so much. Looking to purchase one soon…. Scot techs use, and seems very difficult y
I found a company that will program it for me and send it out. It also comes with a little fob and it has an app where I can start the car. Does yours have that?
A friend of mine has this set up on his 2018 F-150. His FOB got broken somehow and he want's to get a new FOB and program it for his truck. The company site and downloadable PDF manual is pretty useless. Can this even be done by as a DIY project or do you actually have to find an installer to program it for you?

I would recomend just going for the drone from the start. The key fob module caused all kinds of issues for me. In the end, you can call any local installer and they will pre program and sell you the module. Then you just need to install it.
It needs to be flashed at least once. The place you buy it from should be able to do it before they ship. I bought the web link updater so I can flash whenever I want.
Most Mercedes install is very similar. Just make sure you have the right t harness, and main module for your year. But install and setup will be the same
