I was trying it on 2nd fret of the G string first but then I noticed he was picking the B string. What a sneaky trick!

You said standard tuning but then said D and D for the top and bottom strings is it deffo standard?

Sorry, I get confused easily. 10th fret on the E string is D so I'm probably referring to this. All standard tuning apart from the B string which is tuned down a full tone
