Alicent is a great wife and queen 👸👏 There is no one more dedicated and loyal than her. I wish we could see how Rhaenyra would have handled to have a husband with the same condition as her father, I am pretty certain she would be cheating not long afterwards and would never care for him as Alicent cared for Viserys. It's just a shame her kids turned out to be such assholes, Aegon especially.
Credit to Alicent, she remained loyal to her ailing husband, and genuinely seemed to be fond of him. Someone as attractive and powerful as her could easily have enjoyed a clandestine relationship with someone her age.
