PvE with mods will carry the game. Played 700 hours and PvE got me to come back having more fun than ever and my progress actually has meaning bc it won't get erased, it's great
Plus there are times where I'm waiting for my friends to get on, PvE is a good little way to warm up when you are just waiting and don't want to run a PMC, nor spam scav raids. Might also be good for those bad days where you want to play Tarkov, but you're just getting your Tushonka pushed back into than can, so you stop playing before you actually want to stop playing. Instead you can just hop onto PvE, run a nice relaxing raid, get some dopamine back, and maybe hop back on PvP.
Ever heard of a thing called... Single player Tarkov? Cuz it literally has a ton of mods, and even makes the AI better

It's good that they're finally making PvE properly offline when playing alone. It'll save BSG a ton on servers, and get rid of the insane loading times for a single player experience. I'm amazed they didn't do it sooner. I suppose the only thing I can think of as to why they might not have done so at the beginning is because the results of a totally offline raid being accepted by the server might make cheating easier. But it looks like they're easing up on all the anti-cheating restrictions they had in place before to combat RMT (FiR being the main one, flea capacity cap being another)
they're seeing how many people play SPT and are gonna cash in on that base
@@john9040 yeah I could see them doing that. The main issue that will keep a lot of players who do SPT from switching is the lack of accessibility options as well as horrible AI in the live game compared to what you can achieve in SPT. Curious on how they will improve the AI.
I don't think they thought PvE would be so popular.
I would also like to see the ability to extend the raid time or being able to remove it entirely. I shouldn’t have to try to loot, survive, and extract from Interchange in the span of like 20 minutes.

What does BSG have against the M-16A2? Lore-wise it makes all the sense and the game already has most of the components anyways.

QUESTION FOR BSG: Are there plans for Hideout crafts auto claim and craft queues? Or at least the app coming up allow hideout/craft management to do this? Kinda tired of launching the game every few hours to collect water, ammo, etc just to continue the next one.

Try SPTarkov, no wait, mod support existed for years, tons of mods out, co op possible with Stay in Tarkov and Project Fika mods
I think the wish list thing might possibly be something like the checkmark next to items where you can put an item on a wish list and if you find it in raid it will have a colored check mark next to it. If that happens that will be amazing. Couldn't count the times i went into raid for items and dropped some of them for other items due to just forgetfulness lol
What would u get from the BTR when u kill it aniways?
The unity 2023 vs 2022 could be because of Unity's new monetization (after X downloads or X revenue you gotta pay them the troll toll), if i am correct, it only applies to unity 2023 or later. So keeping the game on 2022 is cheaper on the long run! :)
Personally PVE is the savior of Tarkov. Especially when mods come.
The cross stuff for arena should save arena too.
But PvE offers so much learning capability and just overall game knowledge to anyone. It'll get rid of gear fear and help build confidence for hot spots during certain quests.
It's popular because Tarkov is hard. This is the best way to learn the game stress free.
I would perfer that found in raid was only for flea but everything was for sale and not found in raid was for quest items that arent bought off of market
I kinda wish we could have gotten the promocode rewards on pve cause the weapons would have made it easier to complete the quest
I really want BSG to focus on optimization, servers and anti cheat.

im so lost by how nikkita explained the suit, do we keep it just by getting the 50 kills or do we need the 100 kills for the achievement to get it?
Well 50 unlocks the tracksuit and the 100 is just an achievement.

Also mines and tripwires might kill the game. PMC karma too if encourages you not to kill any pmcs (your faction or not). These things are extremely dangerous to the health of the game
My question with Partisan and pmc karma, if it is based on same faction kills how will that work with pve? Will bear pmc's not attack me on sight if i have a high enough karma? Or is it going to be more focused on the rogues and the russian army when they come out? Like i know rn they don't attack usec if you keep your distance but could you order them arround like you do with scavs?
I also think that pve, moving forward, will have a much bigger role in the tarkov landscape, I think that pmc karma will be cool for pve because they could have it to were if your pmc karma is high enough and your charisma skill or whatever it is could be used to have the ai pmc's help you through a raid, loot stuff a bring it to you, and attack pmcs of the opposing faction, just my two cents though
Ai is going to plant mines that are clipped under terrain that we cant see or deactivate yet well still die to it... guaranteed
I’m still not touching arena. I’ll rush kappa in two weeks or however fast they allow because I know they always try to slow down progression. Loot crates or anything else is not enough to get me to play arenas as long as I can get what I need to complete tasks from base game

I honestly think that more than dlc or other editions if they need money they should add the option to buy gloves and watches for your PMC. $5 for those motor bike gloves that the scavs sometimes have id buy immediately
We still need speed loaders, desert eagle, stalker ai life system. Game will be perfect for me with those. First 2 arent necessary tho.
If you want crazy mods get the SPtarkov mod, SAIN AI makes bots act more real than than real players, in combination with questing bots it’s no different to online

i have 3200h in pvp tarkov since 4th january 2017. started pve two weeks ago...in makes great fun. It is so freaking refreshing not getting fragged out of the universe buy gamerchair pros with super vision gamer glases and actualy get LOOT IN MARKED ROOMS. If they improve pve...i wont go back to pvp for sure.
Try the SPtarkov mod, it’s miles ahead of BSGs damage control bullshit “offline” mode

PvE will not be solo only, instant matching will be only for solo PvE players. PvE co-op will still need a server.

Been playing pve a lot, and I really not a fan of allowing keys to go on flea and not being fir, idk what pvp is like but 8 mil for a 1 use dorms marked it crazy

The PMC karma just feels like a terrible idea with how tarkov is played. It just feels like it may "kill" the game.

Because almost every quest requires FIR and usually also surviving said raid. So there's a big reason lol

I think the so called "pay2win" stuff was never intended NOT to be available to everyone. It sure is scummy not to be clear about that on purpose, but I believe they thought about that.
Hopefully the clothes aren't gonna be something we buy on the site again.
Is flea market Found in Raid only or is the temporary removal of Found in Raid restriction on flea market staying?

It is, and will continue doing that, I doubt the SPT modders will suddenly jump into porting all the years of modding over to a shittier version of offline play, with different mod support than SPT

"balanced P2W" is just normal game design, no? If "everyone gets P2W items" then noone gets P2W items, they are no longer P2W. It's early game boosters/skips like WoWs insta max lvl tokens and so on

@@lbmember4637 yes I agree and I do use that. the issue I have is well my rig is able to run tarkov at 60 for the most part the additional resources running the server cause me to dip below that on spt. I'm curious because I wonder if removing the server infrastructure entirely and allowing the game to be played locally what the effects on performance will be like.

@@lbmember4637 for all I know it makes it worse. they disabled fog typically that decreases performance put my frame rate jumped up 5 knowing BSG they were probably rendering Fog 12 times. lol

Just get the SPtarkov mod man, modders there have already modded in variable zoom, variable FOV when aiming, extremely good AI that communicates using voice lines with squad members(customizable), Realism mod that overhauls a lot of shit, stances, bracing, free skins, new traders, overhauled map travel, overhauled graphics, color coded items, fully local co op, full customization of every single aspect of the game (raid timers, loot amount, airdrop frequency, bot spawns, but difficulty, raid time, FiR settings), gore and new guns

Man for me is no problemo pay money if game is good and playable in norms,not hardcore for chosens,but if game is to hard for what I should waste my time,in star citizen my one ship cost me 1000 euro and I have few,War Thunder account cost me arround 10 000 euro,but those game are good,so Nikita make good game and wait for money,not treat gamers like idiots.

The promo codes go to the main game, and can't be sent to your PvE, which is a little disappointing considering I have no intention of playing anything other than PvE.
This also makes me worry that when your Arena account gets connected it will only be to the main game. I really hope they give you the option of connecting it to your PvE game instead.
@@TheTamally I'm pretty sure he mentioned you will be able to transfer stuff from Arena to PvE but not the other way around

I think it's a good idea, especially for new players. It would be good for the long term health and longevity of the game.
It's insane how much the community has grown, and I'm excited for what the community could become in the near future.
@@xmapa4677Nikita actually said that you will be able to send stuff from Arena to the PVE servers but you will not be able to send PVE stuff to Arena. And it makes sense why.

Player Karma is basically gonna turn Tarkov into an RP game which is going to decimate the player count. Its just not what Tarkov is built for and I'll bet they get rid of it within 2 months of it being out
